Kudos to u for regular experiments with pumping technolgy. Olden days ,more than 50 years back mfrs like Meyers were having piston pumps linked with pressure tanks with automatic pressure switch like danfoss where u don't require a overhead tank at all.
Thank you Premachandran sir. When we came up with this idea, we did a research on the practical side of this. I saw almost all developed countries are following this. Hopefully in near future we will be also able to follow this to get fresh water in our pipe line. We do have the limitation of poor power back up and everything. We will sort it out.Thank you sir

This system had been implemented many years ago in gulf countries. Please check how many times the pump will on and off within 24:hrs. And calculate the power consumption. Then only we can finalize this system is success or flop in Kerala. Because of the huge electricity bill.
These systems are in practice for many years , specially abroad with constant Power supply. We been trying to introduce an inverter friendly pump bcz of the unstable power supply in our country.Hope someone will come up with better idea solving the issues we faced in the video. This wont be optimum for home water utility application. But can be considered for were availability of water is the first preference(like hospitals). When we use this pump for home water utility application. There will be frequent start stop of pump which will lead to higher energy consumption and wear & tear of pump(how ever minimal it may be but still these two factors are there) as compared to the conventional over head tank method.

What to do????Simply put your water tank at a high level..you will get good pressure..only one time investment to raise your water tank height...Then no additional maintenance and expenses...See a good booster pump will cost minimum 25000 rs(johnson for eg.) plus maintenance plus electricity expenses plus headaches..You can correct me if i am wrong..
There are 2 scenarios we have discussed in the video. 1: Sites which are already using pressure pumps. In this case ,they are already using 2 pumps .one for pumping to the overhead tank, other in the outlet to boost the pressure. Here the customer is looking for comfort. Just like a buying a luxury or premium cars. If you just want to travel , we do have cheaper options. Some people is looking for that extra comfort. They will have a good benefit adopting this direct pumping system Well in some cases its mandatory like house where it is not possible to raise the tank or with some higher end accessories which needs higher than normal pressure. I do agree with your concern of higher electricity bills in the above mentioned scenario. Not sure about the one we have used in the video (125watts) and i totally disagree with the “headaches”. Anything you add in your life for an extra comfort comes with maintenance . Your car, washing machine , AC? Name it. Well a properly selected pump with proper installation is totally maintenance free atleast for a good long time.
@@thundathiltraders Yes..you said it ..its a premium quality option...I am using an 1 hp booster pump for a long time...Because to run my jaguar rain head shower to its fullness i need the pressure 3 bar.. 1.please mention how much pressure we can boost with this pump 2.You should say about the sensor required to shut off the motor when the tank is empty otherwise motor runs continuos. 3.You should have a perfectly monitored power supply system controller for the booster pump since line fluctuations and under voltage in line can damage pump.. 4.surge protection and earth leakage protection are compulsory since the pump is connected to water line.. I am not an expert but as a user i know All these components are compulsory..Usually shops never communicate these..as a diy user i installed all these as a user knowledge...If you are aware of these you should mention all these systems for the PREMIUM experience you are promising and not just a booster pump. Normal people dont know these facts like pressure and the protection systems and they invest their hard earned money for the system without knowledge and a promised fake PREMIUM quality experience...
@@Hydroponics_Kerala 1.It can Generate upto 2.4 bar pressure. 2. Keeping water level is mandatory for any pump. Even for your normal pump. 3.Line fluctuations are common for any device . Have you installed one in your current pump which pumps water to the storage tank ? 4.Almost all machinery needs earthing. Do we normally do it ? Have you done it with your existing pump ? There are optional things and some are not. If you have a knowledgeable technician he will take care of everything. I understand you had some bad experience with your booster system .It doesn't mean its same for everyone. Good day

Kudos to u for regular experiments with pumping technolgy. Olden days ,more than 50 years back mfrs like Meyers were having piston pumps linked with pressure tanks with automatic pressure switch like danfoss where u don't require a overhead tank at all.
Thank you Premachandran sir. When we came up with this idea, we did a research on the practical side of this. I saw almost all developed countries are following this. Hopefully in near future we will be also able to follow this to get fresh water in our pipe line. We do have the limitation of poor power back up and everything. We will sort it out.Thank you sir

Motor Delivery ൽ നിന്നു രണ്ടാമത്തെ line എടുത്തു tank ന്റെ delivery line ൽ ഒരു NRV ക്കു ശേഷം കൊടുക്കുക അപ്പോൾ tape ലേക്കുള്ള line pressurize ആകുകയും ചെയ്യും (NRV ഉള്ളതുകൊണ്ട് tank delivery line ലൂടെ വെള്ളം tank ലേക്ക് പോകുകയും ഇല്ല). Tank നിറയുകയും tap ഒന്നും തുറക്കാതിരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന അവസ്ഥയിൽ set ചെയ്ത pressure എത്തിയാൽ motor off ആകുകയും ചെയ്യും

മെക്കാനിക്കൽ float സ്വിച്ച് എത്രത്തോളം reliable ആണെന് അറിയാമോ ? കാരണം ലീക്കേജ് വന്നാൽ മോട്ടർ ഓൺ ആയി കൊണ്ടിരിക്കും , കൂടാതെ വെള്ളവും വേസ്റ്റ് ആവും . മോട്ടോറിന്റെ പ്രഷർ താങ്ങുമോ ? 2 കെജി approx പ്രഷർ വരും.

What to do????Simply put your water tank at a high level..you will get good pressure..only one time investment to raise your water tank height...Then no additional maintenance and expenses...See a good booster pump will cost minimum 25000 rs(johnson for eg.) plus maintenance plus electricity expenses plus headaches..You can correct me if i am wrong..
There are 2 scenarios we have discussed in the video.
1: Sites which are already using pressure pumps.
In this case ,they are already using 2 pumps .one for pumping to the overhead tank, other in the outlet to boost the pressure.
Here the customer is looking for comfort. Just like a buying a luxury or premium cars. If you just want to travel , we do have cheaper options. Some people is looking for that extra comfort.
They will have a good benefit adopting this direct pumping system
Well in some cases its mandatory like house where it is not possible to raise the tank or with some higher end accessories which needs higher than normal pressure.
I do agree with your concern of higher electricity bills in the above mentioned scenario. Not sure about the one we have used in the video (125watts) and i totally disagree with the “headaches”.
Anything you add in your life for an extra comfort comes with maintenance . Your car, washing machine , AC? Name it.
Well a properly selected pump with proper installation is totally maintenance free atleast for a good long time.

1.please mention how much pressure we can boost with this pump
2.You should say about the sensor required to shut off the motor when the tank is empty otherwise motor runs continuos.
3.You should have a perfectly monitored power supply system controller for the booster pump since line fluctuations and under voltage in line can damage pump..
4.surge protection and earth leakage protection are compulsory since the pump is connected to water line..
I am not an expert but as a user i know All these components are compulsory..Usually shops never communicate these..as a diy user i installed all these as a user knowledge...If you are aware of these you should mention all these systems for the PREMIUM experience you are promising and not just a booster pump. Normal people dont know these facts like pressure and the protection systems and they invest their hard earned money for the system without knowledge and a promised fake PREMIUM quality experience...

2. Keeping water level is mandatory for any pump. Even for your normal pump.
3.Line fluctuations are common for any device . Have you installed one in your current pump which pumps water to the storage tank ?
4.Almost all machinery needs earthing. Do we normally do it ? Have you done it with your existing pump ?
There are optional things and some are not.
If you have a knowledgeable technician he will take care of everything.
I understand you had some bad experience with your booster system .It doesn't mean its same for everyone.
