- I built a 12 station obstacle course to get in shape for ski season. Join me for a quick field trip to get inspired to make your own obstacles wherever you live. A nearby obstacle makes training fun and automatic.

The side jump over the stick thing- if you get tired and hit the stick that will also end your workout
I was in the process of getting a couple of those tires when the owner caught me, and now I won't be skiing for 18 to 24 months.

Very close... I'm west of Missoula, MT about 45 minutes. 2.5 east of Spokane. Very similar ecosystems!
What if the rock falls on your head? That might end your work out session..

Nice hard workout but not fit for a Nordic, need to concentrate mostly on the legs/feet.
most of this just looks dangerous, he should just make a normal gym
