    Great content! Perfect! Makes so much sense and this is the treatment that companies don't want you to know about! FYI - it isn't technically bruising! Which is why it stops - from the chinese medicine perspective it is actually "blood/lymph stagnation" and when there is no stagnation there is no blood that rises to the surface. It is actually very healthy and good to clear the stagnation so the "bruised" appearance is signs of beneficial action! @RundownwithRachel

      Thank you, JEM.M - your kind words mean so much to me and make such a difference. You must be a mind reader. I just started again today. For some reason, it’s been so difficult to stick with it. But I figure I’m just going to start with 10 min and track the lymphatic drainage benefits. Hell, it should probably take care of my remaining cellulite, too. I’m going to see if there’s any noticeable difference in as soon as 10 days. That way it’s more realistic for me to stick with it. That said, I’ll be putting together content on it soon!

    Hey ❤. Ok so I have a fake tan right right. I’m assuming I can just do the gu sha. Have you found an oil that you don’t need to shower after using? Also last question here; I’m super interested in the varicose vein thing. I would I assume I should be careful going over them? I’d ask you offline but I bet your viewers may want to know too. It’s very cool that this can help!!!! My veins are getting bad at 55!!! ❤ love ya!

    • @crowmedicine3890
      @crowmedicine3890 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I'm wondering about the veins, too. I'm guessing just don't go directly over them. God forbid I make them worse! I looked around online and found a lady who said she got rid of hers using a gua sha. She used strokes going down toward her feet. That seems counterintuitive. I don't know...

    2:13 So funny how we all see skin color differently. I’m very fair, but I’ve been complimented on my skin all my life, and have ever heard, “stay out of the sun so you keep your beautiful fair skin.” 😂 Anyway, I guess I’m one of those odd people who embraces & likes my fair skin. I’m too low maintenance for those self tanner lotions anyway! 🤪😂 I will say my SIL recently used them though and was loving the results! I know for many they can make a difference in how they feel for sure. ❤
    And THANK YOU for demonstrating you anti-cellulite routine! That is one thing of mine I have NOT fully embraced, LOL, so I will be trying this! I’m so happy for you that it’s worked so well. That is amazing!! 🎉

      I am with you, I stay out of the sun like it’s my JOB!!!! It’s funny how self tanner does wonders for some, but then others, like you, probably look better without it! @@mariejane1567
      Hi there! I’m sorry if I’m misunderstanding, but I’m not seeing where I gave the impression that keeping my fair skin was “so important?” I’m a little confused by your question. :)
      What I had hoped to convey was that I embraced and liked my natural fair skin color. I have dark hair, blue eyes and fair skin. I’ve been compared to Snow White throughout my life, so I guess you could say it’s my trademark in a way? :)
      I’m mainly putting this out there to encourage others with fair skin to hopefully embrace their natural fair color as well, because fair skin was specifically mentioned in the video, and that’s why I’m commenting on fair skin…. because of what the video said. I hope that helps?
      BTW, I think dark skin is very beautiful as well. Beauty comes in all different shapes, sizes and colors. :)
      Also, just to be clear, I don’t think Rachel was putting down fair skin-just that she prefers hers a little darker! We’re all different. :)
      Rachel is awesome, super smart, savvy, caring, and I love what her channel puts out (thank you, Rachel!!). ❤️
