AC ka Power consuption ki detail achhe se describe kri he, lekin aap jis room me test krte ho vo kitne SQUARE FEET ka room he vo bhi important he, to vo bhi describe krdo.
A quick tip, if you are using the ac during daytime like i do, keeping the temperature at 25/26 degrees would help to squeeze a little extra savings as compared to keeping it at 23degrees.
As according to my experience i never went below 26degree because i never needed.

So @ Daytime if you run AC @ 23 for 8 Hours you get 5.22 Units, means your AC is consuming 652 Watts Per Hour..
And @ Night time you run AC @ 23 for 8 Hours you get 2.39 Units, means your AC is consuming 300 Watts Per Hour..Either you have greenery surrounding your Building which results in drop in outdoor temp @ Night or there is other parameters which results in drop of Temp @ Night Time..
Comparative information should have been also provided for a room on top of the floors which receives direct sunlight on its roof and also on the walls.

I have the same ac. When the compressor speed is slowest, when the desired temperature is reached, the outdoor unit makes a faint high pitch continuous beep noise. It's only when the compressor is at its slowest. Otherwise the AC is really good. Please confirm whether this sound is normal!

Its just 1 watt. Meaning if you keep it on for 1000 hours, it will consume 1 unit!

I have lg split AC 1.5 ton4 star, when I use it on temp 16 or 18 it's become useless like there is no has left in compressor to cool but when I use it on 22 temp it cools instantly and perfectly like fast chilling. Can someone help my split AC is 1 year old.

I m living in Gondia maharashtra, here atmosphere is very hot. 45 degree Celsius day time temp.
My AC is whirlpool 1 ton 5 star inverter Ac. It comsumes minimum 1 unit per hour in night. And 1.25 to 1.5 units per Hr in day time . I use 30 temp setting in day time and 25 in night.
Then also it consumes lots of electricity. Pls guide ...How to reduce consumption in such situation .
