How often do you hit the field, and how many times per week do you lift? Dealing with injuries from overuse right now and haven’t been able to train in a few weeks
Are summer workouts mandatory? I can never go to summer workouts because I would have no ride to bring me there and my summer workouts is 2-7pm But there's the thing it take 1 hour for me to walk there and my parents don't want me to walk cause they don't want me taking the streets. and I'd have to come up with a lie just if i want to go to practice which I hate doing but I'm being an athlete at home I hit the field in my back yard 4x times a week sprinting a lot and over getting better at the rb position.. I study the playbook and have dumbells so I do my own lil workout at home so I still being great at he lets at home its just I could never show up to practice. so I was wondering what would y'all recommend me do?
Summer workouts are mandatory. I would say maybe ask your teammates for rides would be the best option. You have to be creative about how you get places if your parents can't take you.

I'd recommend working out 5 times a week while doing fieldwork and sprints 3 times a week
You could add on to that low-intensity footwork drills 5 times a week just make sure they aren't tiring you out

How many sets and reps do you do?
Usually 2-3 times each side depending drill
