First ever tree climb and partial removal.

This might be the worst idea I’ve ever had…. Or possibly one of the greatest… jury is still out.
Strapped on the gaff’s today and went for my fist ever climb, nice little poplar tree that’s encroaching on my gas meter, probably could have just put a rope in it and fell it conventionally but it’s proximity to our driveway meant easy access for the fire department and ambulance service so the choice was obvious 😎👍
Grab the popcorn (and gravol if you get camera induced vertigo) and hit the play button… it’s the most fun you can have without clicking the “next video” button 😉
