There are some relatively inexpensive or affordable food options on (and off) the Atlantis resort. Most of the cheap eats options onsite are located near pools and beaches.
The more upscale or fine dining options are more expensive, but are definitely worth the experience.
You really can't go wrong, there's not a bad choice.
My biggest piece of advice? Bring snacks. Pack them in your checked bag or venture off the resort to a local store, but definitely get snacks and drinks.

Cascades has great Chicago dogs, loaded nachos..Carmine chicken Scarpariello is fantastic....everything at Murray's Deli!! Seafire Steakhouse short ribs! Great video !!

We're fried fish , boil fish, stew fish and Johnny cake , crack conch, crab and rice, baked stuffed crab, conch salad, chicken souse , potato bread, guava duff, coconut tart and sky juice kinda people 🤤🤤 These big resorts robbing these tourists

Not sure if anything has changed or will change by the time you travel, but there were a few things closed (some restaurants, but most things you would want to eat are available). Aquaventure was alternating days on which sides of the park were open. The clubs were closed, too. Check out my Atlantis vlog videos for additional details and let me know if you have more ?s

is chops sticks still open, over there from ireland 2009, magnificent to say the least and also , olives restaurant did a fantastic jambalaya weater and pools an slides were amazing. we,r going back 2023, cant waite. thanks your vid is helpfull.

Thank you!! Hopefully more food options will be open by then, but if not you still have PLENTY of options. I packed snacks to keep from spending on resort snacks and fries and stuff (more $ for the good restaurants). I think there’s a few diff levels to Indigo, if u don’t already have it, get or request Dolphin Cay view. Any other questions, let me know
My fav atlantis restaurant is Virgil’s bbq but it’s been temporarily closed since covid

Question what was the wait time for the rides? And did you go to exumas? I have three kids 3,7 and 15. I'm looking for things out of the resort to do cost friendly and fun.
The the only rides with what I’d say were long lines are like the Challenger and Leap of Faith slides (side by side) and the Power Tower. They DO go pretty fast, though. I would definitely recommend Aquaventure. Off resort, you have Pirates of Nassau museum and there’s a wildlife conservation you can try, too

Yes. Atlantis is really a "European Plan" resort, but they do have some "all-inclusive" offers

If you have early arrival, do they have a place to hold your luggage if you go to the pool?
They do. You get a tag/ticket to get your luggage whenever you are ready and/or they can leave them in your room when it's ready
How is it with COVID ? Is there a curfew . Do you have to wear masks ? Any tips on night life ? Thanks ! I’m headed there in 3 days !
The locals still have night life, even with some curfew restrictions for some of the islands. Ask the staff, they’ll tell u where the party is (Fish Fry is a go-to, then there’s an afterspot after that)
Atlantis was very thorough with COVID requirements (temp checks, sanitizer stations all over, onsite testing, etc.). Masks are required (beach/pool excursions). I’m dropping a video tomorrow with more details. Check back!!
Do they still have the Dining Plan at the Atlantis Resort?
They do. We opted not to. Wasn’t sure if we’d eat enough to justify the cost

Not at all!
I feel like those who don't eat carbs are very limited to what they can eat.
Yea, there are few, but some resorts that accommodate varying dietary restrictions. Atlantis does just ok

At Carmine’s? Yea, it was high 1, cause resort and 2, the portion sizes were legit meant to feed multiple people. So, not really THAT bad
