Logan is straight up one of my all time favourite movies. It completely blew me away. The acting, the cinematography, the score, the licensed music, the setting, the story, everything about that movie was absolutely perfect, and the perfect goodbye to Hugh Jackman as Wolverine and Patrick Stewart as Charles Xavier. My girlfriend and I cried for like ten minutes in my car after we left the theatre. Incredible film.

I watched Logan again yesterday with my son and I started bawling like a baby about 3/4 through the film. My son was a sobbing mess by the time the lights came up. He thanked me for taking him to best movie he has ever seen 😢

When I was 5, my Dad had a copy of the first live action X Men film on DVD when it was released and my Dad watched it and I came in when they showed Hugh in the bar scene and I looked at him for a bit and asked my Dad "Daddy, is that Wolverine?" and he said "Yes, that's Wolverine." Hard to believe I'm nearly 22 now and not being able to see him as Logan on screen anymore is gonna be tough to get used to.

I just realize something. Logan has had such a painful life, and I can kinda relate to his internal feelings. Not a lot of people have gone away in my life, but I have internal pain that consumes, and it makes you want to curl into a ball and scream and cry and forget everything around you. That's another reason why this movie hits right in the feels every second.

I was born in 1995, I remember seeing X1 in tv when I was a little kid. My first X men movie to see in cinemas was X2. X-men has been a part of my life since I was a little kid, and in my 21st year, it is very hard for me to accept the fact that wolverine is gone. Thank you Jackman for giving me that.

I just kind of consider the 'wolverine trilogy' 3 separate films that are kind of related but not really. Logan definitely stands on it's own
