This is such good stuff. I’m the worst scooper, flipper, early releaser ….what ever, but I’m trying like hell to fix it and your videos are on another level!! Thanks for all you do, my man 👍👍
The analogy with throwing a ball has really helped me. For ages I was fixated on hitting certain positions, and now I'm led by playing around in space and finding where I can store and release energy into the clubhead. A late release is also much easier on my body, feels effortless and maintains balance a lot better.
Been watching these videos for a couple years. Find it interesting that now there are tons of people on YT putting out Ground Reaction videos. This is the only channel that I watch for "swing instruction" though
Great content. Thank you. Perfecting that bit of external rotation allows me to feel I can just park the club there momentarily while I shift right. This move even allows me to swing my driver very well even just with my right hand. Fantastic feel.
Is it my imagination or does the rolling of the shoulder clockwise or backwards allow the lead hand to get on top of the grip easier alla Dustin Johnson style, and does it keep the butt of the club pointing at tye target line more naturally and prevent the shoulder from coming over the top
Awesome video Marcus, those is what I have been struggling to work into my swing. I can make good contact however I don't have great distance. I only avg 135-140yds with my 7iron. Do you have any other videos that can help me with using my shoulders more? Keep up the great work. Cheers ✌️
Thanks Marcus. Would you say that the externally rotated right arm is the backswing acts a bit like a slingshot to propel the swing? Also, I can do this really well with punch shots but really struggling taking to full swing. Any ideas?
I have a limitation with my left shoulder due to surgery several years ago. When I stand next to the wall and try to put my left arm palm and elbow against the wall, I can barley get my elbow to touch the wall, some tendons were shortened during the labrum tear surgery. I do have a tendency to hit the ground first so I'm losing solid contact most of the time. Do you have any suggestions for setup or swing adjustments to get me in a better position at impact.
*GRF GOLF* I purchased the GRF Board and supplies . I never got the 2 Red Cushions you feature in most videos . I got just 1 ?? Yet the training shows 2 . Is that right ?
Unfortunately I don't have that range of motion in my shoulder. My PT and trainer says it will be impossible to do injuries and surgery. How do I compensate?
@@SL0409no it’s for different swing faults. Most ameatures don’t need this advice. This is for people who struggle with lack of external shoulder rotation. It’s for the opposite issue and is generally for people who are overly in to out. Not out to in (over the top)
You boys are great at explaining the swing in a manner that is so easy to understand. I love this about your coaching. Cheers
the best at explaining what and how you're trying to get us to accomplish. Enjoy all of your videos.

Brilliant explanation there Marcus. So easy to understand. Thank you.
Thanks Marcus, you make these tutorial videos so easy to understand the purpose of the movements to achieve the sequencing. Great to watch.

Great video on external rotation of the trail shoulder, currently struggling with that…..enjoy your videos and approach to the golf swing!
Great stuff, Marcus. Just a little move, but has an immense impact on lag! 👍👍
One of your best. Excellent explanation and demonstration, thanks again
Great lesson Marcus.
Hi Marcus. If you could post some help for Pull Draws/Hooks I'd really appreciate it. I'm in a Pull Draw/Hook "rutt" right now. Great lesson. As usual
Some regular in depth tuition on using our GRF boards would be awesome.
love the videos. I cant seem to get much rotation on my shoulder as I only take a 3/4 swing or i would miss the ball.
Supremely helpful. Thanks!

Another lesson of gold.
Marcus,
Any videos that you can make to rectify “early extension” which is what I’m suffering from,
(I’ve got a session booked with you on 28th March)

Yes defo enables the slingshot. Sounds like you're not using your body efficiently to enable the slingshot to release with fuller shots.
@@GRFGolf Thanks! I will try to get the lower body more engaged.

I feel I have the context just cannot seem to link it up with the intension
Awesome 👏!!!
In a previous lesson you said to hit down znd now at 6:33 you rehearse moving toward target...confusing 🙄🙄🙄
Same as every instructor on youtube. ALL contradict themselves video to video and 95% of it is irrelevant waffle that means nothing
