Wow. You sound kinda kookie. (I think you already know that though.) But you are a TERRIFIC teacher. Clear. Deliberate and step-wise. And you extensively use what is, I think, the most important tool there is for teaching science-- repetition. Letting people move information around their brain and use it again and again to promote not just retention, but also understanding. Just an absolutely wonderful job.
Fantastic use of Procreate here! I am having trouble understanding how inhibitory (GABA/Glycine) neurons work when they are inhibited or disinhibited. Can you help with this?
I’m a bit confused what you’re asking? For example motor neurons cause muscle contraction… however, glycine neurons will calm down and relax these motor neurons to make sure you aren’t contracting your muscle all day constantly… in clostridium tetanus bacteria infection, these inhibitory glycine neurons are damaged, so now you can’t inhibit the motor neurons causing muscle contraction.. and now your motor neurons cause constant uncontrollable muscle contraction and muscles will be so tense you can’t move… imagine all the muscles in your body contracted continuously constantly… however inhibitory glycine neurons allow relaxation and proper organized movement
Good job.....though the explanation was too repetitive...I had to watch it twice to get but atleast I got it.....but the only down side is you were too repetitive
