It gives the people in her head time to look up the right answer
These nominees this administration is putting forth are shocking.
This is truly a sinister plan from all the Dem's, they are not even trying to slide it under the rug, they are blatantly shoving it in our faces! & since no one will stop this debacle, they will carry on until our great country is demolished & unrecognizable!!Wake up folks this is war!!
The nomination demonstrates Biden's judgment
Is it shocking? I mean, we know that this is who they are, right? Why is anyone opposed to the administration shocked by anything that it does?
Come on man really when has potato joe made a good decision his whole political career
They are embarrassingly repugnant 👎🏻
Hawley is more how I imagined a Presidential candidate would speak…
Hawley would be a great pick for President. At least he is honest and sincere. Has anyone seen honesty or sensarity out of Biden?
I would vote for him, in 2028.
@Nytram Nytram4348 - Nah, it’s only Trump 2024 🇺🇸
I agree, he seems like he would respect the constitution and the separation of church and state.
I'm not American but very impressed with this gentlemen, from what I have seen of him. Its a pity to see that there is much potential in our countries which is too often not reflected in the leaders we choose.
Senator Hawley is awesome and we need more like him! And she's lying.
EVERYONE in our political arena needs to be given lie detectors before they take office.
Wouldn’t THAT be interesting
@@mermaidtales3639 Except sociopath's have no morals or ethics, they have no emotions just power and to control us. They lie with ease.
Imagine answering questions like this at an interview... 😵
YOUR FIRED IS WJAT YOUD HEAR
Thank you for asking the question but the fries from McDonald’s are not as good as Burger King. Respectfully I can not answer that question because I can’t judge on side I don’t eat at.
They never get anything out of anyone ever in congress. It's really hard to watch. How come we never get any actual answers with anything?
Thats enough information to justifiably conclude they r liars. Waste no more time on these evaders
Only 1 question was needed: "Bush-v-Gore". Where is she at on that one? Simple.
Let’s Go Brandon!! Who the heck are these nominees? What rock did they crawl out of ? It is mind boggling downright outrageous these nominees are even before the senate as potential candidates! Dear God they are destroying our country!
I absolutely love Sen. Hawley. He tells it like it is without sugarcoating anything, yet stills remains about as nice, gentle, and respectful as you possibly can be while trying to tell a person that you believe they are lying to you!
I agree with you!! 😊
Is she a lawyer or not? She doesn’t seem to know the answers to Sen. Hawley’s questions?
Hawley asked for her opinion and not for a statement of ruling. But she refused to provide a personal opinion as that would reveal her position on a number of topics.
On complicated and obscure cases. No lawyer could pass an opinion based on the way the questions were framed. It was nothing other than a bully session.
She can decide small claims and traffic tickets, I would not even trust her with family law.
I wouldn't let her judge a hotdog eating contest..
@@jerrythompson2608 Ok, but what if they were Kosher hotdogs?
@Jon Dau Beeep!--I believe you have reached the limit for big words permissible in a single sentence here.
don't let her fool you she's an actress a wolf in sheeps clothing
I doubt she can do that in a competent manner.
"My record of serving". Love these people who think they are serving the public and are somehow better than people not being paid by the taxpayers.
That record of "service" is a major red flag and should be considered a disqualifying factor.
"Thank you for asking that question"... BIG RED FLAG. All of these Dem Noms say this to lie and run the clock down. They have ALL been trained to LIE
She’s a Marxist Activist Lunatic. She’s not Serving the American People, that’s for damn sure!!
@@dcb1138 That’s exactly it. They’ve been coached to Lie & Subvert the Constitution & the American People! She will never be a Fair & Impartial Judge. Hell No to the Confirmation!
If they don’t answer questions, throw them in jail.
So the senator who isnt up for the job knows more then the women they put up for the job. AAAAAAAAAAAA.......... What!
Yeah she is a no
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 Isn't it funny that we all can see it, but Biden can't????
💯
We should slow these hearings down to a crawl until the nominees can actually answer a question.
Unless... they are conservative nominees. In that case, put on your roller skates!!!
Democrats never answer yes or no
Then we’d never get anything done. Nobody ever answers a question. No matter what party they’re affiliated with.
Newsflash, all Republican and Democrat nominees always avoid questions.
She's either lying or openly admitting that she is woefully unqualified for the position. Or both.
Hawley himself notes her qualifications.
If she does not know case law, how can she be qualified for this position? Bring meritocracy back!
And that’s why I will always vote for Hawley.
Love our Senator Josh Hawley... God Bless this man for standing up and fighting for us.
the guy is a bully . You like bullies i guess. Good for you.
@@leifseed what's wrong the truth hurt??? What you call a bully all i see is a man that is accurately dismantling the hypocrisy of the left if you can't take the heat stay out of the kitchen
@@jeffreyhood3209 Ya true, no it didn't hurt I just think people can be more reasonable with eachother. There was no hypocracy here, she just didn't want to get bullied by giving her real opinions. That was wrong, she probably has good opinions, which any idiot republican will disagree with.
@@leifseed there is always hypocrisy with the left, Democrats are drenched in hypocrisy, look at this small interaction we have had, I never said anything negative and yet you come out swinging (that's hypocrisy when you advocate for people to be more reasonable with each other and in the same breathe call them a idiot) wow can't even see the train when it's right in front of your face

Cruz, Hawley and Kennedy are gonna cause one of these shitty nominations to yeet themselves from the mortal coil if they keep roasting them like Hiroshima in 1945.
We do have some good ones in Senate Judiciary. Awful leadership, but some bright spots.
No they are going to approve the Nominations. They too are part of the problem.
@@michaelseidenberg2323 they didn't approve that ATF nominee tho
😂😂😂😂
@@michaelseidenberg2323 Hawley has voted no on everyone he said he has reservations about. He has actively fought against those he sees as being deceptive or being to partisan. The ones he has approved were the ones who answered his questions and addressed openly their previous partisan actions. We need judges who will be honest, even if that honesty shows a very partisan past. Because if they can admit to being partisan publicly they will if needed recuse themselves. I appreciate shedding light on these nominees to reveal their true opinions, viewpoints and political engagement. It all affects the way they apply law, president and the people of our country.
So a year or two with barry and 4 years of trump makes her qualified for what exactly?
Not qualified for dog catcher.
What’s the point of testifying in front of congress if you can’t answer anything, this is a pattern with every single nominees.
Everyday the one is like a stupid broken record Several dumbasses in that group.
Thank you Senator Hawley 🙏🌲
All of Biden's nominees, regardless of the question, say "Thank you for the question Senator." I find it a bit off-putting.
If a nominee can’t answer questions directed at the job they are wanting … then they should be disqualified.
We've found Psaki's replacement.
I'm sure they will circle back to her.
You go senator Hawley
Sen.Hawley is one intelligent man.I would not like to be in front of him.
Ms.Calderon is no different than the rest and Hawley is exposing her.
Or......just hear me out! He has plenty of time to prepare for the specific case law involved in the question he's asking. She has to know every finding on every case in history in order to be prepared for any question posed. I'm sure he is intelligent but to imply she's not because she doesn't have prepared answers for any question that may be posed is just silly!
She’s unqualified PERIOD !
imagine going to an interview, not being able to, or simply refusing to answer the questions and then expecting to get the job..........
I love how Hauley weeds throu these activist that won't answer his questions, (classic )

He is a beast with the deflectors and liars!! 🥰
Kennedy does it best

@smart viewer have a sense of humor😂😂😂 it's true AND FUNNY!!! You know she goes out to her lime colored Prius and home to her LGBTQRXYZ PARTNER and 35 cats. Love Sen. Hawley!
He would make a great House Speaker!
"Thank you x that question Senator" ( lol ) = smirk.
What they ignore is that it is a bait.
Yah blessed you w a fiery intelligence & much wisdom. Thank you Senator Hawley, we love you! 🙏❤🙌🕊
Can we please do away with “thank you for asking me that question Senator” when we all know the nominee would like to punch said Senator in the face?
Oh yeah... yet _another_ Affirmative Action nominee. Time to overturn the 19th Amendment.
The only actual solution.
Awesome, love love the way he called her out on her evasiveness
Every time they say "thank your that question", it means, "i have no idea what you're talking about and i will just make shit up and lie as i go"....
She seems like she has limited experience and lack of knowledge. Did she even prepare for this? Under qualified or purposely elusive.
Either way... Next.
Wow just wow. She is an expert at dodging the questions. That's all she will be good at.
Hawley really shot her down!

When asking a judicial expert about judicial things and they say I dunno i gotta look that up....

She actually seems just a tad less crazy than the trash that’s been going through the judiciary panel.
Agreed. They've gone so far off the deep end lately that even Bernie Sanders seems somewhat sane. They are moving the window.
