what this guy did for our town is incredible. ive lived in salem my entire life, im 30 years old, and this dude was the start of salems economic boom. since the tuscan we've had 2 huge school renovations, our public sewer system was upgraded, we have a new modern eletrical grid, new gas station, new roads, new traffic lights. salem is doing really really well, and it's because of this guy. thank you for choosing salem for the vision u had.

they turned our town into a shopping mall, digging up a piece of important history while doing so. what is great about this.

I grew up in Salem but haven't lived there for about a little over 20 years. I went back a few months ago and didn't even recognize it. It's a shithole that looks like New Jersey and this guy is a big reason why. Faro is a legend in his own mind.

Thank you for watching the Podcast, Sullivan! If you’ve been out of Salem for over 20 years, you may have missed the many years that the old Rockingham Park Race track was empty and the buildings were falling down. Fortunately, Joe has been able to convert that empty barren space into a hub for shopping, restaurants, and residential living. Most folks living here currently applaud him for the risks that he has taken to better the community and provide jobs for many. Be well!

@@themikedrop8376 It would have been better if they created some green space; sort of like what they did in Hudson with Benson's imo. It seems like there's not one square inch of 28 where they haven't crammed in another plaza full of stores. Oh and those high rise power line towers alongside of 28 are hideous. Salem is not the town I grew up in. It's becoming a city. Nothing but Massholes up and down 28 and overcrowding. Oh well I don't live there anymore and neither do my friends/family so I'll never go back. NH itself is becoming just another blue state shithole like Massachusetts. Can't wait until I can retire in about ten years and leave New England forever.

@@themikedrop8376 get Joe's cock out of your mouth before you speak. I have never seen such ass kissing in an interview in my entire life.
