    If you hit the "OK" button on the control panel the low fuel alarm will shut off. At least it does on my 2024 VX HO.

    Spot on review! Have the same exact model, bought it used a month ago as a second unit (complementing our 2022 VX Limited). Love them both but my gosh, that 1.8L engine in the 2023 VX HO compared to the 1.0L in the 2022 VX Limited makes a BIG difference!

    Sea Doo GTI SE has their fuel alarm come on at approx. 1/3 of a tank or 5 gallons.

    For a naturally aspirated ski the VX can’t be beat getting 72 mph out of mine 0 issues sense purchased

    I have a 22 vx ho. love it. Im in S Florida where I and so many others have super slick 2000 on the bottom because it just started peeling out of the box and gently beaching is part of visiting all the islands. Also, I just did a vid on how I put the extra Yamaha under hood storage bag and soft cleat loops for fenders and dock lines like how you did with the baby rings but less intrusive under the hood. check it out!

      Thanks for the feedback that makes sense where you live to have the super slick on the bottom. We would love to watch the video but weren’t able to find it. Can you please let us know your channel or send the link.

    Supposedly Yamaha had an update for the fuel alarm. Check with your dealer.

    Why do you take the batteries out in the winter? Note: I have always used Battery Tenders. So this practice seems odd to me. But, I also have only owned Kwai’s & Sea Doo’s too. Previous lived in California where it seldom gets cold enough to freeze. Is this the reason? Thank you. Great video. Very informative. VX had features I was Not aware of.

      Thank you glad you enjoyed it! That is exactly the reason we take the batteries out. We live in Canada and the winters can get pretty cold.

      Leaving a tender on for too long can start fures

    • @scotthooper4170
      @scotthooper4170 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@centralcal6604 Yes, I have heard that. I was not positive that it was true. But I do “Cycle” them. And they are pretty well ventilated in my heated garage. I “Test” (run) the generator. And run the quad & side by side so that they are not “On” more than two months with out being run. The Sea Doo of course just gets un plugged for a day or two and the battery gets tested with a fluke meter. Having used these methods at work has saved me grief, and the company has recognized my maintenance methods has produced a decrease in product failure. And increase in longevity. So, I must have been doing something right?

      @scotthooper4170 for sure it's always good take precaution,I left a battery tending over night outside for about 6 hrs, and when I went to check on it in the morning the battery acid inside was bubbling,and the terminals looked
      Toasted.i felt like throwing the tender away and not using it anymore

      @@centralcal6604float chargers can be left on the batteries all the time. Your charger evidently wasn't a tender/float charger because they automatically shut off and turn on when needed to keep from burning up the battery.
