I remember feeling all of the pressure and pain just leave my body. It was super satisfying. I've not had it since which was in 2012.

Kind of the same thing when you hang over something with straight arms and then let your lower body drop or hang on something but having your toes touch the ground and let your pelvis drop it will create space and releases the pressure from a compressed spine.

It's been a year and a half since i had my lower back adjustment and i gotta tell you - the feeling, the high you get after the procedures is unrivaled. Idk if it's endorphine that's released or something else, but it's like you've found yourself a completely new body; brand new. For more than 2 weeks i felt energized , like a had an unlimited energy. And it's just now that i feel i can do another round. Think i'll start a regular appointments every few months. It's like refurbishing your body. People do all kinds of diets and stuff to cleanse their organism, but pay almost no attention to the skeleton which is the base for everything else. If you haven't tried it and even if you think you don't need it, you have to go and get a check and adjustment. I guarantee you won't regret it. Especially if you, like me spend a lot of time in the gym.
I read somewhere that cracks are just release of air from joints and air contain nitrogen and when its released during cracks it diffuse into blood And nitrogen is a know vasodilator which gives you a good feeling

The muscles will weaken over time especially if you perform various activities that produces bad posture. The back and neck must perform various of stretching exercises and both spine & neck alignment therapy in order for the body to learn to adjust to it, it's like muscle memory

It's been a year and a half since i had my lower back adjustment and i gotta tell you - the feeling, the high you get after the procedures is unrivaled. Idk if it's endorphine that's released or something else, but it's like you've found yourself a completely new body; brand new. For more than 2 weeks i felt energized , like a had an unlimited energy. And it's just now that i feel i can do another round. Think i'll start a regular appointments every few months. It's like refurbishing your body. People do all kinds of diets and stuff to cleanse their organism, but pay almost no attention to the skeleton which is the base for everything else. If you haven't tried it and even if you think you don't need it, you have to go and get a check and adjustment. I guarantee you won't regret it. Especially if you, like me spend a lot of time in the gym.

The muscles will weaken over time especially if you perform various activities that produces bad posture. The back and neck must perform various of stretching exercises and both spine & neck alignment therapy in order for the body to learn to adjust to it, it's like muscle memory
