I have one the transmission went out at 6500 miles.. Hyundai denies there are recalls... Google it recalls all over for the Santa Cruz in fact there is a DO NOT SELL warning on the DCT transmission cars.
I'm glad that one is still going. Had my 23 night edition for less than 3000 miles and got rid of it. The dct transmission failed, the coolant system did not work properly, would take forever to get to operating temp, and then on the way to trade it in the front wheel bearing started to go bad.
Very cool!! Maybe i missed it but are you going to be using the same vehicle? Would be neat to see it continue to evolve further based on feedback from last year on what else might be useful.

That tire needs to be on a swing arm so if you actually need to use it one person can easily handle it. Otherwise the truck looks awesome. Good luck in the race.
