Something I've told the fellow that runs the Wrexham AFC Fanzone channel and will repeat here: Ryan and Rob gave the players, the team, the town back their mojo. They believed in them, took over, kept believing in the players, and suddenly the players were even better than before...because R&R believed in them...sunk money into that belief. And it transformed each player, then the team, and now the town ...all bursting with pride! They are present when possible, and care about the people...and when you put people before anything else, everything else falls into place.
I work at Wrexham Maelor Hospital and competently agree with you…. The town love R&R for their belief in the club and the way they are promoting the town, bringing in new businesses and injecting life back into the people with the excitement of what’s happening now and what’s to come x

I love the sunny gang and will always support future endeavors but if pod is cancelled let us know; if they still need time and are busy it’s been long enough to at least let us know that. They don’t owe it to us, but it just seems odd they haven’t. Side note: how funny would it be if they’ve just been arguing between the 3 of whether or not it’s coming back this whole time😂

I think the fact they have taken football to the states is a much bigger achievement than helping Wrexham get back in the league and promoted once again. Sometimes in football a team needs to spend a bit of time in the wilderness. I grew up within a five minute walk of Fratton Park, so trust me when I say I know what it feels like to see your team spend some time in the wild
I was going to rant about how 'real' football is the WORLD'S biggest sport, but now I realise American's are starting to see the beauty of the sport! As for contact ball games, American football vs Rugby lmao! Then there's Irish Hurling, and Aussie rules football, they both make Rugby seem a walk in the park!
The MLS has done really well last year and this year with Messi coming over, even women's is improving in popularity, here is Missouri the KC Current have their own whole stadium! I really LOVE to see it!

If Wrexham get in The Championship which is effectively the second highest league in English football then they would have done incredibly well. Wrexham in The Championship would be an enormous achievement for both the club and the town of Wrexham. Next step would be The Premier League and then you’re in fantasy land. If Wrexham ever got into the Premier League then it would be a miracle. A wonderful miracle.

You could ask about how they make it inclusive for everyone and offer Autism Days at the club for kids to come and play. The amount of outreach and community support this club gives back to its community is amazing. Lol They even did a cookbook to raise money for the local food bank. Rob puts his money where his mouth is. The guy is the real deal - including learning Welsh so he can speak with the community.
