Rabri is made by reducing full creme milk (Buffalo milk) by boiling it while stirring continuously. The resulting thick milk/ milk-solid by itself is sweet then you add sugar, almond powder, cardamom powder etc to it. Super duper rich preparation. I never tried jalebi and Rabri combination though. Always had them separately at diff places. Very interesting concept. Thanks, Regards, p.s. In the process of reducing the buffalo milk first product is _Baasundi_ , a little thicker is _Rabdi_ and final stage - milk solids - is _maawa_ or _Khavaa_ . _Baasundi_ is a drink that can be had directly or with Chapati (wheat bread). _Rabdi_ is what you had. And _Khawa_ is extensively used in many sweet preparations. All these are available all over India under diff names that even I do not know - 16+ official languages. Huh .... LoL
Drinking very hot beverages can cause burns to the tongue or mouth, which can lead to the development of a callous or lump in the affected area. The heat from the beverage can cause damage to the soft tissues in the mouth, leading to inflammation and the formation of a callous. In addition to hot beverages, biting the tongue or cheek repeatedly can also cause the development of a callous in the mouth. Here are some possible symptoms of a mouth or tongue callous: - A raised or thickened area of skin in the mouth or on the tongue - Pain or discomfort when eating or speaking - Redness or inflammation in the affected area Treatment for a mouth or tongue callous caused by hot beverages may include avoiding hot beverages or allowing them to cool before drinking. Applying a cold compress or ice to the affected area can also help to reduce inflammation and pain. Over-the-counter pain relievers or topical anesthetics may also be helpful in managing pain and discomfort. If the callous is severe or persistent, it is important to seek medical or dental attention to rule out any underlying health conditions. Overall, mouth or tongue callous caused by hot beverages can be uncomfortable or painful, but can usually be managed with simple measures.

Jalebi is a popular sweet snack in South Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Mauritius. It is a spiral-shaped, crispy, and juicy sweet made with all-purpose flour, gram flour, and sugar syrup. Jalebi is also known as jilapi, jilipi, zalebia, zulbia, jerry, mushabak, z’labia, zengoula, or zalabia, depending on the region. The Indian variety of Jalebi is made by deep-frying maida flour batter in pretzel or circular shapes, which are then soaked in sugar syrup. Jalebi is often eaten with curd or rabri in North India, along with optional other flavors such as kewra (scented water). Jalebi is a traditional Indian sweet that is popular during festivals, weddings, and other celebrations. It is also a popular street food sold by cart vendors in western and northern Indian cities and towns. Jalebi is made by first preparing a batter, which is later fermented to acquire a unique fermented flavor. The batter is then poured into spirals or concentric circles in hot oil and fried until crisp. Jalebi is then immersed in sugar syrup, which gives it its signature sweetness. Jalebi can be served alone or with milk, rabri, curd, or fafda, depending on the region. There are many variations of Jalebi, including instant Jalebi, which does not require fermentation, and can be made quickly and easily. Overall, Jalebi is a delicious and popular Indian sweet that is enjoyed by people of all ages.
