Keep the iPad. Fuck everything else off. Left the apple ecosystem a few years ago for similar reasons you have spoken about and I do not miss apple products. I have only become more anti apple. We still have an iPad because the alternatives are not great
Hello there, this just popped up in my feed so I wanted to comment. Android phones are good, better than iPhone at some areas, but you will not be able to find this big and seamless ecosystem at Android side. If anything, it’s a worse copy of Apple’s. You never know what feature will be there and what won’t. The nuances and the little things you are used to/became second nature will disappear. I tried this switch myself and it cost me a lot of money. I went back to Apple at the end. Apple stuff are expensive but getting them second hand is so much better than paying for the full price up front, unless you really want that thing new. With a bit of a research you can get killer deals. If you really want to, I think you should definitely switch. Get a taste of it. If you are not reliant of the ecosystem much, the fun of Android may last longer for you. For me personally, I have used both platforms for years, and iOS and Apple at the end is my main choice.
@@Voidify980what do you see Android as? We do have an equivalent to Find My, we do have an excellent ecosystem with a way cheaper cost of entry, we have better displays and better battery life. The most important principle of our economy is competition, and acting like Apple is the only brand out there only benefits one side, that being the already biggest brand in the world
@@Voidify980 lol I have no idea what you're talking about pal, Android phones have some of the best battery life and the highest resolution / highest refresh rate displays on any phones, way better than apple offers. Apples base iphone 16 is low resolution and low refresh rate, truly terrible. Plus android has find my device. Also some of the best multi tasking, better and more versatile than apple with split screen, floating windows etc etc.
