    .............Amazing, these exercises helped me tremendously! My urologist, recently stated that I had to use daily, intermittent catheter use, to help empty out my bladder.....since I have been doing your exercises, my bladder has been emptying, completely. I am a male age 68...i have done SO MUCH research on this topic....... and finally found your channel......yes.....please do more of these videos. Thankyou 🙏

    Thank you immensely! Female here with urethral stricture. Got dilation done two weeks ago, my urologist stated that the stricture wasn't too bad but I still have much trouble even after the procedure. Doing these and my stream has improved and I'm able to empty more. Please make more videos I am so grateful!

    This video has helped me a lot more than a ton of those medical doctors telling me what to do about nocturia. I was skeptical and normally I'll wake up after 4 hours and have to use the restroom. Doing your exercise before going to bed helps me sleep for 6 hours straight before I have to pee. It actually works! Thank you for making this video.

    Dear Amit, thank you so much for this. After giving birth, I had very bad urinary retention and had to have a catheter for two weeks. Those were truly some of the most painful weeks of my life. However, I believe doing these exercises really helped me regain my urinary function and I can now pee normally without a catheter. I cannot express my gratitude to you for putting these exercises out there. Only now am I starting to feel like I have my life back. 🙏

      Hello! I have the same condition and I was on catheter for 2 weeks. Managing catheter with newborn is so difficult. Please let me know how you are feeling now and how long did it take. It would be useful

      @@srividhyamohan300 I am feeling so much better now. It was literally the worst pain of my life. I believe I was using the catheter for about 2 weeks and then I think it took about a week to urinate easily without any extra focus. I'm about 7 months postpartum and about 90% better now. Every day I feel closer to being my old self. How far along are you and how are you doing so far?

      @@pujamehta9755 Sorry I am just seeing this but I am so much better now! This yoga definitely helped a lot in restoring my bladder function. It's about 7 months now and I'm mostly all better. My only issue really is I have some soreness in my ankles and feet but even that is almost fully gone. How have you been doing? Hope you are feeling healthy and whole again!

      Hi.. I am also having problem.. Hypocontractile bladder.... And my bladder wall thickness is 0.7cm. .. Now I dng self catheriation.. That was more painful... I am having these problem for 2 months Is these exercise r really helpful? Pls reply me..

    For many men, the pelvic floor is strong enough, the issue is the tightness. So reverse kegels are the answer, to release tension and relax the muscles.

    I've done this and it's very helpful, i take antibiotics for my uti DIFFERENT ANTIBIOTICS but it doesn't go away so i searched online hoping for another method then found i this then i quickly try and it's really amazing how it worked for me now I'm here again because my uti came back for not drinking much water and not exercising thankyou so muchhh💖✨

    Nice to read so many positive comments and u hv been helping so many people... But my husband is having same problem... Not able to do normal urination as a result retention of urine in bladder... Post residual urine... 270 cc... Too much tension.... Doctor has given medicine for a week. Let's see.     Amit, there is a shook (parrot) asana. You have to sit on the strength of your Panjas and see straight, first top and then below, and try to make touch the ground.

    Most senior people have problems of hypertension and heart disease. How do those suffering from these ailments and prostate do these exercises especially raising the hips as shown in the video. Kindly do a video keeping in mind the above problems.

    Hai..can you plz suggest some remedy or yoga asan for urine reflux..my sister is suffering with it...doctors said that this problem is common in children ..but she is 45 yrs old suffering with this problem...doctors told she need to get operated as its rare to see tgis problem at age 45

    Thanks for helping us..,I have Urinary problems since 2 years..., recently my reports shown,Thickened wall of urinary bladder, Reduced capacity of Urinary bladder and significant of post void residual urine....,Can I do these exercises ? And also Suggest other exercises To Hold and Control Urine, and pls Say this Problem is curable? How long it takes time to being Normal? Pls reply...

      Yeah you can do them any time of the day and can be performed multiple times. Just keep in mind to not have full stomach during practice to avoid discomfort 🙏

    After much research for 1.5 years, I have recently found ur expertise and these poses are really beneficial for my elder sister, 37, who has been suffering from urinary retention problem for 1.5 years. For 2 days she is trying ur yoga poses and she is finding these good for her. Thanks sir. Also she is unable to urinate after holding it for long. Which yoga poses will she try for that? Pls help.
