Interesting property.
I'd leave it as it is... 3 separate apartments but I'd upgrade as it does look quite tired and dated in some areas. Get rid of those jacuzzi baths and older bathrooms and refit with updated fixtures and fittings to begin with.
Very nice views but I wouldn't call it a wow factor property as it is. It needs some work to update but it has a lot of promise to become a really good income generator.
Price isn't too bad.
