This video helped more than the instructions did. .. I appreciate you and my chair is operating like a professional assembled it, only took me a good 30/40 minutes 🥰🔥

I'm so glad everyone is stuck on the wheels at least im not alone months later and I finally put the wheels in 😎 just put some olive oil on the wheels and wiggled them around while pressing down with both hands and they finally popped in

Ur not showing the most important part which is getting the seat onto the back. It's too wide for the armrests. I had to do one arm, then the seat, then the other arm.

For anyone suffering with the wheels -- I was stuck for an hour, then I found out this guy has a specific way that he didn't explain in the video. First assume the back of the wheel is the part that we want to attach to the base, and the front of the wheel is the opposite end. Place all the wheels in their position, then flip the base along with the wheels. The important part: 1) when you draw a line from the front to the back, the line should align with the corresponding part of the base. 2) the front should be pointing away from the base. 3) The wheel has to be straight, or coaxial to the base (which means you may need to press the front of the wheel). 1 and 2 should be easy to understand, if not, go watch the video again carefully and pay attention to the angles

YES!! I don't understand how I'm supposed to fit the cushion into the space where the armrests are screwed in. It's like one should happen before the other
For the wheels, I used pliers and took off the dangly piece of metal around the groove on the wheel stem. I had to do it for 4/5 of the wheels. They went in, but they're loose, so I had to do it after assembling the rest of the chair. It should work fine if you don't plan to pick the chair up, and the wheels seem to roll fine. Make sure to keep the metal you take off though, you might need it if this method doesn't hold up!
For anyone having problem with the wheel, take a smaller hammer, put it between the line crevice of the wheel while having the main piece upside down like he had it. Put your knee on the center to keep it down then push down on the wheel with the hammer head stuck in between the crevice. They popped in pretty easy for me that way lol
There’s two holes that are different than all of them. It’s the one that connects the back to the seat and the washer and the screw don’t sit like the rest of them. I think these chairs are all defects due to those two holes that they didn’t count in the placements for the washer to sit flat.
I was having a devil of a time trying to get the wheels in so I read the comments below the video. Seriously they were right. Just use some oil. It makes it SO much easier. It doesn't slide in but it's definitely not a battle to get them in
People struggling on the wheels, do an almost full rotation while you push them in. I’m a pretty weak person but I was able to get it in with only a bit of pressure!
FOR THOSE WHO ARE STUCK ON THE WHEELS: 1. Lubricate both base & wheel thoroughly. I used a high grade, non staining mechanical oil 2. Anchor your knee onto the center of the base (I used a pillow for maximum force) 3. Insert the wheel, making sure it's facing the right way (watch video at .5 speed to see) 4. With your knee anchored on the center of the base, use a rubber mallet or hammer to press all of your body weight onto the wheel. They pop in fast after that! Good Luck!
So wheels went smoothly yet the arms were annoying. In the future I will connect the seat and back then the arms will be next to last. Overall out of a 10 I would give it a 6 for difficulty.

The wheels were easy, my problem was the two screws in the back closest to the middle of the chair. They use washers but the washers don't sink down in the channel they just tighten to the top and start bending the washers. very poor design on this part of the chair.
Anyone who is still trying to put on the wheels: I finally got them on by rocking them into the socket, in an up-and-down motion. Glad! Chair is comfy :)
I have gotten all of the wheels on besides for one, and it will not go in no matter what. The wheel will go in no holes, and no wheels will go in that hole. Is there a fix? Edit: Just had to push harder.
I used a clamp to force the wheels on. Awkward but eventually worked. I found it helpful to keep the elbow screws kind of loose on the backrest but still attached, to guide the full armrest onto the seat bottom to position the screw holes. Then tighten them back up.
How do you separate the base after assembly? I'm trying to return it because its tiny. I can not get the 3 base pieces apart the wheel base, the pump and the chair base with reclining lever. They're utterly stuck and idk how to get it back in the box without disassembling it.
@@firstdbzmaker so I ended up taking it to UPS for help, they had dealt with the issue before. He had a thin piece of wood like a fence slat (1x4) to cover the bottom of the pump where the little metal bracket part was and then he hit it with a hammer and it just popped out. So try to cover the bottom part of the pump with something strong enough you can hit with a hammer and have it provide surface tension enough that when you smack it it just pushes right out
I ended up watching another video on how to separate an office chair and I learned that there’s a little black clip with a washer underneath. Once you slide out the clip it comes apart easily. But thanks for the advice!! Btw, was this company trying to give you more and more discounts to keep the chair when trying to return?
Now how do you disassemble? This chair is the most uncomfortable office chair I've ever sat in. My daughter also sat for 10 min and said it was horrible.
So as I type this I see everyone having issues with the wheels from 4 months ago- I'm not sure if they fixed it, I got lucky, or they're not in as well as I think, but the wheels snapped in for me no problem! It was the fucking arm rests and the seat that I had such a hard time with! But as of now, no complaints about it once it was built- stay tuned to see if I fucked up..
I actually just put the wheels on. You need two hammers. First hammer, you turn upside down and put it between the crease of the wheels and use the second hammer to hammer it in. I had the wheels face the same way as the video and had tilted the base two keep it stationary. Hope this helps someone!
Guys....even i faced problem with wheels. But simple TRICK THERE. Make sure the position is straight of that small steel and insert straightly with light press. I see it was very easy then. But don't tilt that small steel part just make sure. And rest is Slight press.

Very late to the party like the rest of you guys who have this chair 4/10 experince for me the wheels were some what ok to do but I got confused with the actual chair assembly I’m only 17 and needed this chair for gaming and work for college it was extremely difficult to squeeze the seat into the arm rest and this video wasn’t much help what if people like (me) at the time didn’t have a stool to use I had to use my bed and body to screw the components in… I highly recommend getting a different chair for anyone in need of one if your already late and bought this one I’d rather you refund it or at least try with more then one person…

Get a hammer 🔨 to the wheel

Used baby oil with q-tips and a hammer worked great
My advice for wheels is put some oil and push it inside while twisting forth and backward

The gas lift is to short how do I fix it
Do not put the arms on before attaching the seat to the back
For the wheels, just rub some olive oil on the it, it slides right in with little force

The washers on the c bolts are too small for the back bottom side. They do not have a recessed are for the other two washers.
Very difficult to insert the wheels to the base. A little oil and some wiggling and hard pushing will make it work!
