I owe it all to this video, my "stack Bob" clients tell me that the cut I just did is exactly what they wanted!!!! I'm happy again and not embarrassed about the stack....wondering if it looked ok. Been a hairstylist quite a few years but I had taken a maternity leave and when I came back I had lost touch with this technique. I love it. I did cosmetology school over 3 years ago but never work in a salon I'm trying to do my sister hair like that and you make it look way to easy. thanks i will try this way but she has a lot of hair.
Love it. Seems easier than taking half inch partings to cut. I got so frustrated that I stopped trying my cuts in school but I need the training and don't want to be a quitter. Thank you for making it seem so easy.

I am glad u said it took u a long time to undesirable that u have to go back in the dry cut to get ur sharp, straight line because it has taken me a long time to realize that my line was not as sharp. I always wondered how the haircuts on magazines had those super straight lines and now I see why! Good video I take notes because I surely didn't learn this stuff in beauty school

Love this haircut! thanks for sharing it! I always brought all the hair to the back of the head for a bob like this, its nice to see the modification I will be using that technique from now on to avoid having to go back in later to get the bulk out the front.

Actually...I found the music soothing and it added an undertone of Drama to completely boring silence or someone hacking their head off....Beautiful cut....great instruction...really enjoyed...Thank you! You voice is soothing as well...Pleasant experience
I positively LOVE this cut :3 I'm actually going to cut my friend's hair for her tomorrow, and wanted a relatively easy, but super cute cut, and I'm pretty confident that I can do this. I have never cut hair before. Ever. I'm a bit worried about it, but can't wait!

You're talented! I'm a hairdressing student, about to take my exam, and this is the sort of cut i'm going to do, and this really is helping me! The only thing I'm having trouble with, is that the angles are a bit weird, as i'm trying to follow the angle of your hands.
This is awesome! As a Cosmo instructor it can be frustrating to only have Milady haircut videos available to students. They are awful videos and they confuse me along with my students. You do such a great job explaining what your doing! Love it. Perfection!
i don't know if this helps but I'm a cosmo student right now and only having Milady to work off from is very frustrating. If you are still a cosmo instructor, I would suggest that you give your students more materials to work off as. I'm nearing the end of my education and I feel like a lost stylist, that I'm undereducated and not ready for the world yet

thanks for the video, it helps a lot. i do not like this haircut because its so easy to go wrong... its hard for me to keep it at the correct elevation because the cilents tend to move and slouch while im cutting so unintentionally i make mistakes.... im here because i want to correct a clients cut and i think this viedo has it all i need. thanks.
This is beautiful. I have a question though... Can I get a bob haircut like this with a centre parting.... and afterwards change my parting to left or right? (Or does the cut dictate the parting?) I'm not sure if I suit a centre or side parting and I want to be able to change it later. I appreciate any advice. Thank you. :-) I think these kinds of haircuts are more flattering than just long, hanging hair.
