hello to you from trev in west sussex i have just got hold of this program and i thought bloody hell what have i done i cant use this it is to hard for my 74 year old brain

I canot see full screen in instagram what will do
So i went to export the video. but got a error code (copyToAdapter)
Is there a deform function? To squeeze the video to make thinner? I used this on Sony Vegas and I cannot locate similar on this program.,

Another great video. Thanks for all the help! I have used Movie Studio 17 in the past, and they had a Volume Envelope option. This would allow a volume line across the entire event. You could place dots along the event and adjust volume up, down, up again throughout (rather than a single selected volume for the entire video/audio event). Any such option here?

Hmmmm not sure about that, seems to work fine for me, try adding a different video clip to see if video file format issue

Thank you. A good tutorial for us newbies. Just a suggestion... On my computer's high-resolution screen, your cursor very smalland is hard to see. And you are constantly moving it around very fast. For old eyes, like mine, it would help if you could make the cursor bolder (or slightly larger) and pause slightly when arriving on a menu or dialog position. By the time I have found out where the cursor is, you've moved on. For newbies who don't know where you're moving to next, it can be frustrating. Thanks again.

@@dcpwebdesigners i watched over 5 mins from the mark you stated (23m). Maybe you mis understood my question, so let me clear. i don't mean pointers or arrows on the Keyboard or on the program. i mean How can i add an arrow or a pointer mark on and in the movie or on the picture in play?

I clicked your link for Magix Movie Edit Pro Tutorial but it's taking me to Magix Movie Studio Suit. Is that the same as what you're using?

Can you please, pretty please, help me with a problem I've encountered?
I use Magix Movie Edit Premium Plus without any problem.
Today, looking into an old project, there was this one file that I had cut into a "Section" and the re-positioned it. What happen was that without doing anything that I noticed, a upper black border appears and there is just this black spot on the background that I can't "fill in".
Almost like the video just resized by it self and I cant expand it.
Click on the video clip and then use the scale tool to resize

I've tried in the past sucessfully, but now it just doesn't allow it. Almost like there was this black stripe in the top of the video that won't let me move anything into it. I am able to resize and zoom and everything else but only to a bottom square of the whole background.
I am not that proficient in this, but what suprises me is that all the different versions and projects (final 1; final 2.0...) all got the same error today. Almost like the size/position of the program went mad.
Hi DCP, just upgraded 21 from 19 version. Good video. was wondering how I'd tackle doing B-Roll effectively and quickly with this (or any) software. any suggestions?
1. You need to separate the video from audio on time line
2. You can then delete video content only and replace with other video b-roll content but also keep the audio

@@dcpwebdesigners no not really, Sorry. I generally use audio with the videos thats seperate to the video anyway, i.e. timelapse and a montage of photos. oh well, perhaps b-rolling is just not suitable for the videos I do.
@@dcpwebdesigners after a few days, my 21 version keeps shutting down without warning..so glad at least there seems to be an autosave function. A couple more questions if okay.,
1) I cant seem to find a transition that I saw on previous versions, its basically like a faulty TV...quite different to the film strip.
2) on the 21 version theres movie templates and edit templates, short clips that when dropped into the timeline are longer; do you have any videos or parts of videos that show how to effectively use these?

Ummmm that's not easy as you need to mask the content to blur the background, normally I would do you using Adobe premiere but is complex process
My edit was around 11 minutes cut from a larger video, but my exported mp4 ended up being 22mins? and looped the first video that i never had edited in the magix, why is it doing this?
Check your timeline and make sure there is no duplicate content
@@dcpwebdesigners how can i tell whats duplicated because it seems to me everything is nicely cut, im not sure what i should be looking for =(
Try starting a new project and use a different video file, do a very basic cut and export to see if that also has an issue, then let me know...
Hello….new subscriber…..getting ready to upgrade to Magix 22….quick question…..how do u edit a hyperlapse video from a drone ….I know u can edit the raw photos in Lightroom and then do something with them in After Effects…..does Magix do something similar…..if so is ….there a video about it already….I searched around ur channel and can’t find exactly what I am seeking …..also looking forward to more tutorials
You can drag and drop the image sequence on to the timeline, images need to numbered in sequential order

I'm using this editing software and I find it such a buggy mess. I'm trying to add music to my videos and when editing it doesn't play the track properly. Only when I play the whole video from the start it then play the music properly
I will need to test, but I have not had that problem before, try to use a different video and audio clip from a different source and see if the problem is still there.
Download video from pixabay.com and audio from the TH-cam library.

Hello, great video! I have a question - I have the Pro Plus 2020 and it's fine except I can't seem to export videos longer than 28 minutes. Every time I create a video that's approx an hour or longer it always saves in multiple files of 28 minutes and I'm not sure how get it all into one file. Is there some sort of limit on how long the videos can be and is it across all versions or just the 2020 version? Thanks!
Hmmm that seems strange, I have saved files longer and 1 hour before so should not be an issue, make sure you haven't changed a setting my accident which is causing the issue.
@@dcpwebdesigners Ah thanks for responding so fast! Oooh ok, I'm not that tech savvy with editing, I just use it to cut and fit clips together haha so I don't know if I have changed any settings! I am currently exporting a video as we speak so I will have a look in the settings when it's done. Do you have an idea on where in the software I need to look in regards to video length?

@@dcpwebdesigners I think it could be the way I export. I usually go through File - export to device - windows high resolution which isn't the way you show in the video, so I don't actually click the option to export in MP4. Do you think this could be the cause? I will try and export the way you demonstrated and see if that makes a difference :)

Hi, the "Quality" dropdown is empty when I try and export in MP4, but options to appear when I select "Windows Media Video" - please help! It has worked before, this is only recent
See of there is an update for the software to fix the issue, or you can use the batch export tool

Ho Great videos dude 👍. I need some help, have just purchased pro premium and when i add an intro or outdo it adds ok but the video in the intro does not play, it is there in timeline but wont play. Music and text etc.. play but no picture?? This is also same when try and preview intro. Would really appreciate it if you have video for this solution

You sure talk fast. How do I increase the length of my title? There is not enough time to read a long title. I'm using a dynamic title, maybe that is the problem. I would like the title to stay on the screen longer. I just figured out how to "Stretch" it. But that's not good enough. I guess I need to use a different template. Thanks anyway.
Don't use templates create your own title and can be as long as required
