Hello, I've searched and searched with no luck. Can someone please help. I just want to add a simple white arrow on my video to point to an object in the video? I am not good with key frames, is there not a simple arrow to select and then be able to adjust where it it, size, coloe etc?
You have to create the arrow in Photoshop or gimp, then save as a PNG transparent file, then import into MEP and use the size and position tool for placing the image
@@DCPVideoEditingTips Thank you very much. I also found a way pm yjr Magix forum Templates, Image objects, Present - Arrow 09. Apply this to any photo or video clip. Ungroup. Now you can do whatever you want with it, including resizing, moving, rotating using Effects, View/Animation, Size/Position.
Thanks for the vid. I'm on my first project and had two title objects at start as I wanted the title on two lines at different sizes Got it sorted and it looked great when testing. Did more work on the vid watched from start a few times. Later I went back to watch from the start and one of the titles suddenly doesn't work, and in fact, the second title (which was still working) isn't where I put it. The missing title still has its object on the storyboard. Weird. Any thoughts?
@@DCPVideoEditingTips Turn it off at the wall, and turn back on again? lol. Cheers, I figured it out. Rookie mistake - somehow I'd managed to click the eyeball on left of the storyboard and set that track to hidden.
How do you have several effects for a section of a clip and have them "locked" for that clip. I have a short video I am working on and have to add clips into places that I just set up some text and other things.
DCP Magix Movie Edit Pro perfect thanks, I thought there was a magical button to put it wherever you like, it’s difficult to find in a 20 minute video at times
@@DCPVideoEditingTips was thinking about exporting empty Set doc. Writing it and later importing it ;) so I don't have to manual edit all lines. Or I have 30subtitled clips in one timeline and I see all lines in some side panel so don't need to play and manually edit content of each sub. ... Premiere pro is doing that amazingly

How do you get the red bar to jump to where you are pointing? I have been dragging the thing through the entire movie at times
Zoom out of the time line, move the time line cursor, zoom back in, that's how I do it

Is it possible to edit all subtitles in one file ?
Sorry I don't understand, what do you mean?
