    Your videos are sooo helpful, way better than the factory videos. Winnebago should pay you for these. We don’t have our Ekko yet, hopefully by the spring, but you have answered so many of my questions/concerns already. Thank you so much and please keep em coming! You guys are the best!

    Dude you are a God! Got my Ekko back from service, setup the heat and water heat in my driveway so the water doesn't freeze and left. Could of days later checking the rv and it's super cold, no heat
    Check the propane and water heater, work but no heat
    Find that other TH-camr who you helped debug his Ekko heat. I come over heat and watching this video I reset my heater and it's working! Thank you so much

    I am a first timer. I attended orientation at the deal however it was cut short due to some issues that should have been caught prepping it for my arrival. Had to leave it. Went back for the rest of orientation and things made better sense. I am awaiting delivery this week. Your troubleshooting videos are so helpful to help what I learned to stick! Thank you.

      @@ekkonesters599 as a newbie all of the power systems are overwhelming to learn. Plugging in is easy but when you are on the road and stay at Cracker Barrel or Harvest Host, a video with the steps to start the generator or batteries would be helpful to refer to the first few times. Just like you did for the Truma with common issues and troubleshooting tips. The same for the balmar, inverter, converter problems. How you explain and demonstrate and your partner films is really helpful. I hope to be loading my belongings this weekend. Will be watching all of your videos this week. Thank you!

    Thanks , I just learned a couple things from your video. Had no idea what the blanket for the front windshield was for, (we use shades) and removal of the jump seat. Now, if you could please make a video on decalcifying the water heater . One for the Ekko doesn't exist . Only thing I could find is with the older style control panel. The manual on this is vague . Many thanks.

    Good Morning, Do you have any information on error code W 27 H? I just bought a used 22 EKKO and got the code the first time I fired up the heater despite the dealership checking everything out prior to delivery. I took it back to the dealership and was told that they could not fix it and they needed to call Truma. I found the page of error codes in the manual and it says the air outlets or intakes are blocked or an end outlet is closed. I have verified that I don't have anything blocking the vents. Have you heard of this problem before? I wonder if one of the ducts might be kinked within the unit somewhere restricting the heat flow. Thanks for all the informative videos.

    • @ekkonesters599
      @ekkonesters599  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Sorry for the delayed response. We were on the road.
      I have a quick question, did your dealer or you do a full reset on the control panel? There are times where the error code pops up and it requires a hard reset with the system it’s pretty straightforward to do.
      let me know if you have any questions about it but I can also create a link that you can learn more about this.
      Thank you for watching our channel and taking time to share your comments.

    • @lindaevans1549
      @lindaevans1549 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thanks for your reply. I'm glad you are out traveling. I went under the wrench and did a reset as described in your video. Is this what you mean by a hard (full) reset? It did not fix the problem. I also called Truma. They verified the code (as it states in the manual) means a blocked duct which is causing overheating. I guess it needs to go back into the shop. Thanks.

    • @ekkonesters599
      @ekkonesters599  ปีที่แล้ว

      That’s definitely something to look into. I’d need to isolate the conversation to RV lithium batteries based on the newer technology. Are you suggesting the understanding of efficiency of lithium-ion vs marine/deep cycle? Any thoughts are welcome.

      @@ekkonesters599 I would say on all of the above you mentioned. I saw a video on the Ekko test on full use of AC running on lithium batteries only for 8 hours. But I wonder if the lithium batteries would work on heating the Ekko.

    Can you cover the auto propane tank switch? I only see you setting 1 tank. However the EKKOs propane tanks will auto stitch to the second tanks when the first tank runs empty. How do you need to set the tank switch for this to happen?

    • @ekkonesters599
      @ekkonesters599  ปีที่แล้ว

      Let me do a little more research on it and make sure that I can have a conversation and the way that makes the best sense an outline some of the detail.
