It’s an awesome vehicle it needs some improvements but the biggest thing is the cost they’re expensive and I am assuming that’s because of the tariffs that have to be paid when they come into the United States, the competition is the jeeps and the Ford broncos at least for off-roaders, Personally I feel it needs a little bit more ground clearance and it’s got a few things that I think they need to change to make it better but overall I think it’s an awesome vehicle if it was a little more affordable I definitely would consider one I really like it I sat inside one recently and felt right at home, a little bit more power would be nice & a little bit taller tires and lift springs and I think the vehicle would just be awesome off-road.

I was initially looking at their Class B camper vans. I really like how nimble the Class B camper vans are. You can go everywhere and park anywhere. The Winnebago Travato 59K is what we were specifically interested in but since relocating from NYC to Florida, we’re learning about what it means to live in hurricane prone state. I’m now thinking about getting something more in the line of this. I really wish that they would’ve done that new lounge/dining area update to the Ford Transit chassis model. 😢 I love the new soft grey color scheme and the wet bath is a game changer but most of all, I really love what they did with the dining area however I also would’ve preferred having the outdoor kitchen. The one burner induction cooktop is a turn off for me. BTW, this will be our first RV purchase. I just retired and this has been a life long wish of mine! Your opinion and advice would be greatly appreciated! 😂 My main concern about this RV is the size. 🤷🏻‍♀️

We’re newly retired and have started looking at B-C campers. The Thor Sanctuary first caught our eyes but the floor plan and width soured it for us. Spotted the Ekko tucked away in the dealer’s lot and have been binging everything I can find on the subject. The one point that I’ve missed so far is the existence of leveling jacks. I’m guessing that with no mentions they aren’t there and not necessary? Could you comment on your experience? Thank you.

With the Trail Fire I noticed you had a lot of yellow flame. Don’t you find that the yellow flame leaves lots of black carbon on the bottom of the wok. Is there a way to keep a blue flame to prevent the carbon residue?

great video!! a local dealer just quoted me about 27K. ballpark for those mods Im not sure that included the fuel tank or rear leafs. they did the kings and single wheel conversion. How does the rig ride and drive compared to stock? hiw much of a hit did mileage take? They showed me the amount of sway on a stock unit versus the modded with king shocks and it was a big difference and they said they drive a lot better.

Did you guys wrap the rv body or did it come custom matched color?

it's a nice place but now it's taken over by the party crowd. I stayed here 3 nights last week (Sept 10-13, 2024) and it was HELL. Campers in B-3 were making so much noise, and were yelling and screaming between 5 and 6am. Constantly played w their car alarm. The last 2 nights there they began playing their sterero loud enough for me to hear it, even though our campsites were about 150 yards apart. They eventually brought a dog in - or did they have friends over? Not sure. Anyways every time the coyotes would start howling, the dog would start barking and it wouldn't shut up. IT SUCKED! I think part of the problem is that there is no longer a camp host. They used to have a campground host here, who was good, and would be patrolling the campground on a regular basis. Another person showed up the first night and blasted THEIR stereo from 9pm-12am, and then left, without paying for their site. If you want peace and quiet, this is probably no longer the place to do. Have a Plan B and a Plan C. I haven't been to Picacho Peak State Park's campground lately, but that could be an option. Not much wilderness out there between Marana and Tucson, and what there is, is in the midst of heavy smuggler's territory and are no longer safe. No staff on site at all except between Jan - Mar. That needs to change. BTW, right now H Loop is closed. So is C Loop.

Just FYI, these ARE the standard in European camper cars (rv). In France in particular, there are dump stations everywhere. Including most service stations on highways.

nice video guys. We are in between the Ekko and the 23S (Jayco) actually and your feedback is gold. Wonder why these guys (both manu) don't put a truck camper style SKYLIGHT in their bedrooms!!? After all, we all want to be outside even at night. The Ac should be mounted in the front or "hallway".
