Hi. I'm sorry you are having trouble with your printer. After cleaning the rollers, you may need to wait for a few minutesd for rollers to dry and get a better grip.
I cannot seem to clear the paper ham code. I removed the paper but still has the error. I removed the battery and restarted. Still same problem. Any feedback is appreciated

A few rips on the left hand side on every sheet of paper. Any ideas?
There can be an object or a bent part. Shine some light in the printer.

Mine only pulls from one side and instant jam. This did not help. Anyone ????
