Any kind of pan can do a flip,fold with some experience of trying provided the food is solid enough. it's not that hard really 10-20 swing practice and you will get the hang of it. So many possibilities to customise this snack. Add Scallions and or Mushrooms, Corn kernels, maybe a sprinkle of Mozzarella to form a molten center, Ham, shreds of Chicken, maybe sweet Miso or Bean paste etc etc all in various combinations. I'm excited. I'm off to the kitchen. Cheers Eric

Buy the long chop sticks and just practice, i personally use them to cook steak and scrambled eggs. It requires a lot of fumbling around but you will get it

crack 4 eggs .into bowl put 2 bread 1/2 cup of sugar,full cup of Oil then microwave for 2-3 minute I bet it will taste almost same and you will save lots of time including trip to restarant. P.S. don't forget to add 2 needls of pine leaves or whatever ,but do not eat. just push aside and ignore them
