The basic ingredient is the vegetable egg omelette which has shredded cabbage, carrot, green onion mixed. I just had the vegie + cheese and barely managed to finish!!

I had a chance to try this already. I went to Seoul last year and stayed in Myeongdong. We had these sandwiches in more than one morning as quick meals before we went out on tours. We still talked about how good it was until today. Glad to see it again today.

Add cabbage, carrots, green onions, and onions to the eggs~ Then, fry them on a hot plate, and add bread, cabbage, eggs, cheese, ketchup, sugar, etc. to the margarine to make toast~ :) It's really delicious~❤❤❤
What did he put on at the very end before he put the toast on each one? At first I thought it was hashbrowns that he was going to turn over and cook. Then I thought sauerkraut. It didn't start to melt like cheese. I'd like to know what it is? Some type of bean sprout?? 🤷♂️

Add cabbage, carrots, green onions, and onions to the eggs~ Then, fry them on a hot plate, and add bread, cabbage, eggs, cheese, ketchup, sugar, etc. to the margarine to make toast~ :)

What did he put on at the very end before he put the toast on each one? At first I thought it was hashbrowns that he was going to turn over and cook. Then I thought sauerkraut. It didn't start to melt like cheese. I'd like to know what it is? Some type of bean sprout?? 🤷♂️
