Haha I’ve had that happen, where I feel inspired, but then I work out the melody/chords that were in my head & realize it’s a song I picked up somewhere. 😆 Not that you can’t borrow basic melodies, progressions, etc..
Why do you use Pro-Q3 over Ableton's EQ? Also is there a way to change the LFTool Rate automation to steps? Mine is always like 60 is 1/4 and 82 is 1/16 lol
Regarding the first question. Pro q has wayyy more options and is way more versatile that eq 8. Unfortunately I don’t use lfo tool much so maybe someone else can help out with that one.
@Oversampled would you recommend getting thermal to someone who already has fabfilter saturn 2, izotope trash 2 and ableton‘s saturator? It’s on sale right now but doesn’t have a free trial, so I’m a bit unsure about whether to get it or not.
I haven't been using saturn and trash much so unfortunately can't really tell. You'll probably be fine with what you have, but also thermal is too awesome

I like the drop except that high, highest volume lead on top of it, it all sounded really well except that one lead that is the highest volume, it diminishes the other sounds that sounded so good in my opinion.

am i really the only one that dont enjoy when people overlayer their synth you could pretty much gain the same with 2 patches done correctly and some saturation and multiband compression. to me it just kills the air that makes things musicial.
that's nice. would have preferred a little more difference between the buildup and the drop (for it to hit harder), but the whole thing is just awesome.
