Great video Grizz. Hats off to the fire fighters. Looks like they saved quite a bit of forest. I saw first hand the damage after the Arizona Wallow fire at Greer in 2011. The forest was a total loss. Just sickening.
If you're not thinking that was a big mistake, offering to be tour guide, and if I could afford it, I'd be makin' plans. But it sure would be the vacation of a life time for me and my family. Being in Minnesota, US we don't get to see anything like what you got there in BC. Hey, thanks for sharing your vid. I only wish I could come and help clear those trails with ya. That kind of work would be more fun than work. I've got a couple chain saws, an ATV and plenty of wantingness. Just no means. Besides, it would take a week's vacation just to get there and back, leaving no time for fun. I sure do enjoy your ride videos though. You've got a great family. Your wife and daughter rock on those machines. Cheers Mate!
My first video here was Hale creek&the secret cabin, so I was quite devastated to watch this one, right after the recent Fort McMurray fire. Spending over 50yrs by the Calif Sierras I thought I'd seen my share of forest devastation, only to move to Arizona & then witness the 2 largest wildfires in it's history. Support prescribed (controlled) forest fires, that's what the Sierras learned. BTW, Have you ever returned to see if the cabin made it? If you do, I know your viewers would love the GPS coordinates, hehe. Happy trails!
+Okki Kraus Thank you for watching are videos. Our average speed is not that fast actually, I mostly quad with my wife and daughter so the speed we travel at is around 50km on FSR give or take a few km's trail riding of course depends on condition. Thanks again.

Nice vid! We had a fire almost evacuate our town a few years ago. It's kind of surreal driving through a burnt out forest.

Great video Mr & Mrs Grizzly! The part about your wife swearing too much was funny (and true). ;)
