I kinda agree with the 5 Year LR's aging terribly, they're like only really good on like turn 10+, and even then they're not god tier units. Now if they started with their passives fully built up on turn 4, now they become gods. They'd be super relevant again!
They just have no defense. While yes they're still 2 of my favorite units they just suck. Starting at 90k-100k defense is just not enough with today's events
Well Teq Vegito Blue can handle quite well in the God event

They can look OK when they transform only if they’re not in slot 1
They where relevant since in the long event, most stacking defence units did terrible damage, so them stacked acordingly with the team.
But since times goes on and on, most units now in a regular basis does more than 6 million turn one, means that they stack much less since now you reach Int Ui goku in like 9 turns instead of 25, you can still reach that turn if the team you have to use (mission) is not updated.
If you ever feel stupid… remember that enemies that heal can heal before you attack them.

I think hybrid sayians is by far the best defensive team in the game.a good portion of the roster are insane defensive stackers and those who aren’t have crazy damage reduction or just have really good defence just by themselves.

They probably only made TEQ Gogeta's transformation over 70% HP just cause they wanted to differentiate him from Vegito and have them possibly transform in the same rotation. It doesn't really make much sense when it comes to the movie cause both Goku and Vegeta were pretty heavily damaged before they fused while MBS Goku and Vegeta didn't really sustain much damage when it came to the manga/anime.
They should have made it 40% or above. Them no one would be mad cause it will be hiper easy to do it.

I feel like how a unit does at less than 100% should be taken into consideration when calling a unit the best in the game. Int lr evo vegeta for example gets destroyed in the god event at 55% like mine is and yet he had him #2 for a good while which was insane to me.

He's not the best unit in the game but he definitely still deserves his title as the best offensive unit in the game. He may not be really good in difficult content defensively but in every other area his extremely good. If vegito had more defense or stacked defense he would be a god.

The reason that people shit on LR Int SSBE so much is that he's underwhelming at 55% but an absolute beast once you get 2 dupes into him. People's opinions on him are definitely based on his how many dupes are in him

@@sacred7738 60k plus on normals in hard content from an LR with damage reduction or 0 damage from 70% chance to dodge.....pretty sure I’ll take dodge.. only events vegeta is better is longer ones that disable dodge that’s it. Literally all they had to do was just make it once u stack the 40% is permanent and he would be absolutely fine but nah they make it drop after the turn for no reason. If that’s the case why tf didn’t they give goku the str janemba mechanic start at 30 and go up with each dodge since they wanna shaft vegeta.
21:56 no, this man IS correct about damage received. If your STR Super Vegito has a lot of dupes his defense is fine, but at 55% it's only 9,000 base! I've lost god runs because he took 3 normals and just ate too much damage even post-supering, dupes are NEEDED for him if you want him to take hard hitting normals in harder content without bleeding out. This has been mitigated a bit for me after getting 1 dupe but he can still get smacked around, his defense is just not good without a lot of dupes. I won't say Gogeta is a godly tank or anything even with his 30% damage reduction in effect, but even if it wears off I feel far more comfortable with him eating 2-3 normals than I would Vegito at 55%. Hell Gogeta's defense at 55% approaches that of Vegito's at the rainbow level.
It's my personal opinion that rainbow vs rainbow (or hell 2 dupes vs 2 dupes) that Vegito is definitely better than Gogeta, but if I could have just one of them at 55% it would absolutely be Gogeta. But with 9k base defense at 55% I would not actively try to let Vegito take a lot of normals even post-super in difficult content, it just hits too hard.
Dupes arent neeeded for vegito i pulled him on global on his initial banner so yk what that means one year to come back and he was always on the teams you have skill orbs and link levels tho idk ive never lost with him and you’re supposed to have the scouter no one ever brings this up

I agree that TEQ ultimate gohan aged very well even with some of the harder modes that came out after him he's still standing strong the fact that he can be used in the god's event is proof that he's still strong
mine are this, im a little peeved i missed this one
1. U7 is overrrated and is just a worse version of USS
2. teq gogeta is designed to work with vegito and is not actually worse but designed to complement each other and they are really equal to each other.
3. most under rated TUR DFunit is agl kid gohan and most under rated LR is janemba
4. people put way too much value in if a unit can do well in super battle road
5. Extreme Z areas are actually good but the rewards suck so bad nobody likes them. seriously R hercule statue. couldnt even give orbs and kais for doing it even if it was half the amount of a normal EZA
6. STR broly's improvements is only more noticable and looks better because he went from static to percent based boosts which is why his improvement is miles beyond the other LRs because of the drastic change to percentage based boosts in his passive.
8. Majin power is the worst category and its even worse than special pose due to how limited majin power was made.
Except Majin power has a great leader skill in Phy Bootenks and has really good units that get the most buffed by link level update being overall better than special pose

@@antoinepolnareff8970 In the past year when was the last time this category got new units from this november to last november. the answer is 0. its literally only majin buu units are on this category its a super small category and just because buutenks is on the category and leads it doesnt make it a good category. the 2 majin power leads are phy buutenks which has 2 small LS's which i never use his team but i use him on other teams and teq exchange buu which majin power is worthless cause all those units except for the 2 uubs are on artificial life form which is a way better team. and you dont really run uub on majin power since majin buu links terribly with uub. special pose got new units recently and tons of improved units. majin power is a dead category.

the real thing that needs to be updated is not red or gold coins, its blue coins, they serve no purpose, the 50 percent supports should always be buyable for blue coins and like for heroes when it comes the old units should be buyable with coins, etc

its feels like the str vegito and teq gogeta issues is the same as the str cooler and str boujack issue where both were made almost the same, a year apart , except in that case, boujack was better by a bit. units coming out a year later need to be made that much better even if built similar.

@@manuelmoralez2257 no bojack does make any optimal teams with lr bojack outside of ironically warriors of legend.
His only other optimal situation is as a floater for units like str cooler and agl full power frieza that dunk on the lr and bojack from the heavens( which is why linkset matters because bojack can't be paired along side actual top tier units without hurting them because of his linkset).
Also just due str cooler and bojack being villans both will get you killed from a super without items.
Even assigning bojack has 300k defence and cooler has 200k( it's more like a 50k defence but let's assume its 100k) bojack will still take 500k from a super from the most diffuclt enemies in the game from a super which is effetively a one shot.
So neither cooler nor bojack and not even agl full power frieza is actually tanking in diffuclt content
Villan teams are more about litterally speed killing the enemy before you run out of items instead of trying to eat super that will either insta kill or nearly insta kill you.
In other worlds if your judging villan units of how well they tank supers, your just playing the game stupidly because all of them rely on raw defence which is really bad for tanking supers.

Gogeta does not do a quarter of the damage vegito does on an average turn. A turn where vegito gets a billion counters yeah, but that doesn’t happen often, you usually get like 3-4. He does a lot more damage, but saying vegito does 4x the damage gogeta does just isn’t true.

They are barely giving out stones this celebration. Why is that? They usually give 30 stones on first login, now it is 7 stones. They usually give 1 stone daily mission, now it is zero daily mission stones in the news. Time limited missions are only 12 stones. No new story event, just a stage added. They seem to be cutting back because of heroes too.
I'm telling ppl when STR Ultimate Gohan gets his EZA TEQ Ultimate Gohan is easily back at top 5 best units in the game.

I think the unit I use the most is physical DBS Broly, I really can't wait for the eza which might happen in the duel Dokkanfest in December or a lower chance the 7th year anniversary if the theme is centered around the broly movie

Hot take: just cause the unit has saiyan lineage doesn’t mean they’ll link well with every unit that has it because having 1-2 links shared is actually linking really badly.

Units like STR Vegito (post transformation) and AGL UI Goku are incredibly overrated because people keep judging them on their best case scenario and forget that they are dependent (Vegito especially) on good RNG to be good.
Except agl ui goku on average performs 3 times better defneively than the units around him.
Having a 70 percent chance to dodge reduces the average damage you take by 70 percent. So ui goku effetively has triple the defnece of a unit like agl full power frieza, lr int namek goku, and lr turles early on.
Also his average damage of 16 million with support is comeptive with frieza's 21 million with support and goku guaranteed crits factored in( only 30 percent less damage in an exchange for on average 300 percent more defence).
That's on average.
If we ingore average, than ui goku has no competion.
The thing is tho agl ui’s damage is always consistent and he’s good in every event except for the last part of legendary events but I agree with the str super vegito one
Vegito is trash at 55% cuz his defense is non-existent and he gets blasted by every form of attack, while gogeta does 8 mil atk stats (already counting se against all), has 30%dmg eduction, orb changing and 20k more def than vegito

Edit: Truth, everyone knows you like Vegito more than Gogeta. Everyone knows why. However, a lot of people disagree with you. I can tell you why, its because when Vegito isn’t at high dupes, he consistently destroys your health bar with his poor defense. I think Vegito is insane, but I do like Gogeta more. It doesn’t particularly help when it seems like every time you bring up the two units, it sounds like you think everyone who disagrees with you is immediately wrong and stupid. Not a really good approach when comparing two polarizing units.

So to answer your question. No. Matter of fact the reason Wright Wright gave was horrible and laughable. Apparantly to him phy Janemba at 55% performs the same as the eza tur janemba's but worse even though janemba nullifies 70-80% of the supers in the game, has higher stats than the tur eza janemba's at 55% after 1 attack in slot 2.

True but he still heals which has saved me so many times in sbr runs but even then you’re not forced to transform with them so u can still use them as base and they can tank fine in every event except for blue vegeta of course

TEQ Gogeta transformation condition is worse for hard events with no items. If you can bring items, you have complete control over his transformation.
TEQ Gogeta's transformation condition is way better in easier events since you can actually see his transformation whenever.

The 5th year LRs are aging badly, but you can’t discredit them on long events bc they can still dominate. However their defense holds them back unfortunately. Still my favorite units though. I just wish they can get replacement so they can be relevant again.

55% Gohan does get hurt pretty bad XD. Not until turn like 5 can he tank in short tough events. For me it's 40k-30k, 15k-10k, and then like 5k-100 damage taken after super. Just 55% for me though.

teq ultimate gohan is the reason i have beat a large majority of events. no unit is invincible but im pretty much a 69% tec chadhan expert and he is just so good anywhere. long and short events, his team is busted, his link work mad well for his teams (cold judgment, sayin lineage) and his transformation is extremely good. he is amazing and will continue to be

I got a hot take. INT Vegito wasn’t dethroned until the 5th Year units came out and if you want to argue K&C are better then Vegito was no lower than 2nd place. I’m just saying, decent damage for the time, 200K+ defense, heals you for full HP, did 2 mill damage counters. And hes only going to get better with more difficult content released and better partners. He played a MAJOR role in me completing all the God events and all the long events too. He's the MVP of my account by a mile. ALSO, if the day comes where there is an event that Gohan can't tank, be careful; we're heading into bullshit territory lol

3rd year LRs have more defense than 5th year LRs. I’ve ran final trump card as my main team. In a difficult spot I can rely on Phy Goku/Vegeta to tank a few hits/supers so that the 5th year LRs have a chance to do damage
The 5 years get defense on super and they can super multiple times. The 5 years are better than the 3 years.

5th year fusions aged differently depending on if you had them at 55% or 79% or higher. That's why it's always discussed because people are discussing vastly different units depending on how many dups they have in them.
