    Missed the Nintendo DSiWare version. It had some really fun exclusive features, like an extra difficulty level and face mimicking mini game that used the DSi's camera. There's also an EWJ game for the Famicom, but It's an unofficial bootleg, and it's rather crap.
    Despite the game being released on a multitude of formats, the Mega CD version, is, and will always be, the ultimate version for me.

      It's amazing how the GBA could run Yoshi's Island, another 16 bit game, like butter, but this and Sonic 1 run like rotten crap. Was the Game Gear version really worse than Game Boy? I mean it's obviously in color, and quite honestly the sprites look somewhat better but that could just be my eyes. The Master System runs fine, but there's too much of the screen exposed than need be. And 1996? Don't know why they would bother making a SMS game that late.

    It’s so unfortunate how bad the GBA port is.
    The whole screen is way too zoomed in, so you can’t see anything that’s like… 2 meters in front of you. The textures on the ground and walls look weird and glitched. The character’s animation look really janky even though they use the original sprites. And THE SOUND, it’s so compressed it hurts my ears.

    • @user-wj8sl5ue1z
      @user-wj8sl5ue1z 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      in reality the sprites on the GBA version were not so good, that is to say unlike the snes and genesis versions they have a stupid, fun and fluid movement like "cool spots" but in that version some sprites are missing in the animation that made the character move fluidly which made it fun! and furthermore the sounds aren't as great as in the other versions, and then in the sprite when Jim stands still he moves left and right and doesn't stay still on the same point of the sprite (it's as if they had a hard time gluing him to the same point), and the pixels are a little cut and a small part eliminated😑😑😑, but I liked the music🥰🥰🥰

    The last 2 are shameless, thieving bastardized cash grabs with half-assed, traced-over spritework, stolen assets, and horrible impressions. Because to call that phoned-in, one-take dreck "voice acting", even in quotes, would be a sin against the very art. Interplay prostituted Doug TeNapel's creation to developers who had no idea what they were doing just to make them hastily crank out these crap coated copycats in time for the worm's 15th anniversary.
