To think that Olivia Colman is now an Oscar winning and Emmy nominated actress.
Olivia has such a pretty speaking voice
She really does! So pleasant.
She has whatever voice she chooses to have. She's amazing.
Hard to believe this is 17 years ago! Haven't both Ricky Gervais and Olivia Colman come a long way!! She's brilliant in everything!
I love Olivia Coleman. All these amazing British comedians she was in with small supporting roles she just quietly made them so much better . I'm glad she ended up such a star. She was brilliant in Peep Show.
Olivia Colman only has to sit in the room to make you concentrate 100% on the comedy in the air.
Omg, the green light on analog cameras...totally forgot about that :)
Omg she's in her late 20s here
How old is she here?
Jlo is older than her
She's barely aged! So cute.
It still blows my mind that she is now internationally famous. From small comedy roles in Green Wing and The Office, to Peep Show to winning an Oscar. Crazy how far she's come.
this scene is perhaps one of my favourites in the office, it shows brents frustration thats been building up throughout the whole of the second series with his "oh fucking hell", and yet his idea to still portray himself as this inspirational character with the posing to the camera, absolute, undoubted genius
Who would have thought it back then at the time, between those 2 they currently have 1 Oscar, 4 Golden Globes, 10 BAFTAs, 2 EMMYs and numerous other awards.
*Oscar winner Olivia Colman
Yes, everybody knows.
Never heard of her
@@theotterguy watch Broadchurch, you'll understand why everyone is raving about her. Stunning performance.
@@theotterguy you dont watch much tv or films then
Her Majesty The Queen was on The Office? WHAT!?
Rickys' face of muted disgust 😂🤣
Fuck me. I completely forgot she’s in this. I think it’s cos I forgot she used to play these mousy characters but steadily grew into bigger and louder and prouder roles. (You even see it in the evolution of Sophie’s personality in Peep Show.)
A fantastic great actress. An Academy Award winner actress.
Oh she’s adorable 🥰
Queen Elizabeth worked in The Office ?!
Oh fucking hell.
Such a beautifully observed interaction, acted impeccably.
She's been in a litany of amazing shows/movies.
What a pair of genius, brilliant actors
It's almost unbelievable how well Ricky acted this character despite never having any training and this being his first acting job.
Even here you can tell how talented she is
the way he swears is so david brent
'Inside Paper' ha ha
This scene reminds me of the Alan Partridge scene when Alan Partridge met Tony Ayers for lunch at the BBC headquarters thinking he was going to get a second series but didn't. Brutal.
What a funny story.
@@MarcoNegrisEye I like a funny story.
The other man was in Baby Reindeer. His "mentor" amongst other things.
I like how she and the other woman are wearing basically the exact same outfit
Peep Show: Origins
😂
Another famous lass from Norwich!!
Queen Anne
Imagine Oscars hosted by Ricky. These two actors announce that Olivia won. She enters the stage, Ricky wants to make a little joke and they say: "we won't be using you anymore". And he's like: "F*ing hell, yadi yada, get out!". And Olivia asks: "you mean me as well?". Ricky: "yeah".
LOL 35mm cameras
Brutal
Quick photo mean quick vote in Google subtitles
Completely forgot that she was in this.
It's a funny scene. But in reality, Ray and Jude would not come to him tell him that. They'd just stop contacting him.
Did this make it in to the Final Cut?? I don’t rmbr Thai scene??
Yes it did.
Total humiliation.
Don’t get coarse in a magazine for the public
Cute
It's hard to take in the acting talent in this clip.
oh fucking hell
Sophie 😅
Is this a comedy?
Astonishing to think they both died a few years ago.
Died?
Who died..?
