There some people who never stop talking, remember someone years ago, riding in a car, conversation was over, but they just kept talking on about something else and I could tell it did not matter if I was there.
I’ve watched this video more times than I’d like to admit. The dynamic between Olivia’s dramatic gasps and Richard’s sarcastic delivery, with Chadwick and Helena sitting calmly between them the entire time, is hilarious.
She knows how to do comedy and at this point Ayoade's story needed her perfect "normie" timing, enhancing Ayoade's awkwardness properly. If it was only Carter and Boseman without Coleman's warmth, Ayoade's awkwardness would have been just that and the comedic message wouldn't have come through. Carter is a special kind of weirdo herself and Boseman is an outsider, trying to understand what was happening. Respect! And rest in peace, Chadwick Boseman.

I love Richard Ayoade. His wit is so dry, but hilarious, then add Olivia Colman - another great group. And Paltrow is the most pretentious, know nothing, EVER.
The thing is View From the Top is so ridiculous it’s good.
I've never seen Olivia Colman acting in anything. I'd never heard of her until Graham Norton, and I've since watched several of her award acceptance speeches. Even so, I'm still just a huge fan of this woman. She seems like the type of woman who would give you hugs if you needed them.
Funniest man on the planet. Was literally crying the entire time he was speaking.
The way Chadwick is listening to peoples story shows such a great guy he was ♥️
This man deserves a comedy special of his own
He's done a few programs; notably The Gadget Show as well as Travel Man. Also he's in The IT Crowd.
I went online & bought the ebook as I was watching this interview. You can hear Richard Ayoade's rant-like stream of verbal glorious-ness as you read it. I wish I had gotten the audio!!
I am loving Olivia Coleman here, she is too cute! It is just so lovely to see her cheer on another guest with that level of interest and enthusiasm!
"Despite the salty nuts."
Awww, love that man. Miss him.
Great group of people on the couch!!!
‘I am actually married, that’s not a joke’ 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
"she may be in the middle of a *perfect short pause* cleanse"
his delivery is impeccable
It is bitter sweet watching this after Chadwick Boseman passing, also now knowing he was ill at the time. RIP
This is one of the best moments on The Graham Norton Show, hands down !
I look at this clip, and in hindsight, I can totally see and feel Chadwick's battle - physically. The fact that he is sitting there, and smiling and laughing, is such a testament to his strength!
I was thinking the same thing watching it this time around.
Everybody realizes this now.
@@madsdeshazo5885 Everyone was/is.
This is not about "me me me", you telling each other the obvious things you saw. Also, if person is so ill that he/she can't sit or smile that doesn't make them "weak" which is inferred by statements like that. Just watch his video without bringing up or focusing on his illness, don't let iim be defined by that.
2:38. "She bent down and kissed him" underrated roast.
Richard is literally the only person on the planet who would or could write this book. Among many other things, that's why he's awesome.
Love, love, love Olivia's reaction to his story! Including when she almost spits out her drink at the end!
Richard Ayoade is a gem. A precious, hilarious gem.
Richard Ayoade is a treasure. And I would marry him in a heartbeat. And the reactions of the other three make this even better.
Olivia is such a mood. I love her ❤
I could hear him talk about anything for hours as serious as he likes and still find it extremely funny and entertaining
I watched the epsiode and I'm sooo glad they posted this!!! Favorite part of it, I love Richard
“The demands of being an air stewardess are TOO ONEROUS”
I love how much people love interacting with Richard.
