- Hello everyone and welcome back to our channel.
So sorry for not uploading for so long, life has been a little hectic, leading up to the weeks before baby makes an arrival.
Anyway! Here's another one of our food haul/shopping vlogs from early March.
Although the kiddies have sensory needs and like to stick to preferred foods etc, as they are getting older these needs are changing and I have been able to shop in different supermarkets and trial and error foods of different brands and see if they like. With some they prefer, with others we have to stick with the same brand.
As per usual due to them all liking and eating different meals, I do have to make a number of different dinners at a time. Meals from this top up shop consisted of:
Monday: Roast Chicken with Vegetables, Corn on the Cob and Crispy Potato Slices.
Tuesday: (Everyone): Chicken Curry with Rice and Naan Bread
(Imagen): Plain Rice with Veg and Naan Bread
Wednesday: (Everyone): Chicken Goujons with Sweet Potato Fries
Thursday: (Everyone):Hot Dogs
(Imagen): Ravioli
Friday: (Everyone): Meatball Pasta Bake with mixed vegetables
Saturday: (Everyone)Chicken Noodles
(Jaidyn)Katsu Noodles with Chicken Frankfurters, Spring Onions and Boiled Egg (Ramen Style).
Sunday: Pizzas, Garlic Bread and Potato Wedges

I agree with you I prefer Aldi although I've been shopping at Sainsbury just lately and they seem as cheap as Aldi and dates are better and better quality. ❤
I used to shop at Sainsbury's all the time but in all honesty haven't been there in over a year, maybe I should try again and see if it works out cheaper. Long dates are defo a must for me, I hate products that have a short lifespan.

Thank You. Im the same, thought I would give it a try because a new one had just opened near us, however not a big fan. I may pick up a few items from there but not to a big weekly shop from lidl.

Tell me about it, cost of living and I also find that I make meals from scratch on a daily basis for the children so our shopping really docent last long.
