Hi there! So this is a new bike! Apply these steps for both derailleurs, if there’s hesitation to go up add some tension through barrel adjuster. if there’s hesitation to go down loose some tension! I hope this will help, thanks

Does it come with grease for the seat?
No! Just put normal grease!
