But missing part off both interviews is SQL related questions totally gone and you haven't asked even a single question which I was expecting in today's interview.

Great video!!!! One question about drop-down was about 500 countries and we have to select india, bt in real we have 195 countries in total !!!

eye contact should be there while interviewing.
They are both using webcam, and talking while looking at the eye of the beholder on a monitor. So what you are asking is not plausible right now.

I appreciate Piyush's efforts in taking up the interview. But as per my analysis it seems like his knowledge is below average I would say and it seems he needs to do lot of work into his overall knowledge. Some times he was saying totally wrong things.
I am not criticizing here but giving a overall feedback of the interview candidate.
I must say questions were good enough. Learned some good questions out of it.

I think Piyush has a good command of automation and programming knowledge. but here for a few scenarios as ask my Naveen he knows that but unable to explain it properly.
But i really like the exposure of piyush regarding Automation knowledge.

Only thing I would recommend him is to maintain more eye contact while answering the questions. He is seen looking here and there quite often.

i saw video and i have one question
suppose that user is on child page he done all the action then he is going to close the broswer by using driver.close then after he wrote driver.getTitle() in that case driver will throw an exception like driver not found exceptiion or user will get title of parent page, because as per my knowledge driver.close() will close only child browser but not whole browser
Hi Kaushal, Thats a good question. When you close the child window by using .close() method, and then you are using driver.getTitle() -- it will throw an exception : NoSuchWindowException. You need to switch back to the mainWindow to get the driver control on the main page so that it can take the title. So after close, switching is important to come back to mainWindow and then get the title, then it will not show any exception.
