around this time I’m more attentive! Its just inevitable that there's going to be peaks and troughs in the graph of economic growth or prosperity, there's never going to be one underlying cause that connects them all, embrace the opportunity, make interest, cashing up on dips.
Those calling stocks momentum a flunk aren't considering the long run. The companies themselves have not changed, it's the market that changed. Steady as it goes, and it'll regroup in weeks.
If you are not too savvy with the market, it’s the best time! just buy and hold on strong companies or best you seek out areas within sectors that can help you sustain a balance in both growth and value overtime. In certain cases, it's even wiser to speak with a smartvestor to determine options best meant for you, I personally did this, and it works pretty well..
Well spoken John, my question is which stocks sectors should I consider adding to my individual fidelity, I intend to hold on for a decade or more.
right now I’m being focused on renewable energy, semiconductors, Ai chips which will be hugely integral on every sectors in the coming years. an absolute power move right now.
I genuinely think we are going all chips soon, seems like a lot of your interest is riding on this, I could really use your viewpoint.

You can't have the general public being able to access their money, all the CEO's and wall street have to be able to get out first while all the suckers hold the market up which their money has been used by hedge funds to inflate everything for a couple of decades.

No doubt, having the right plan is invaluable, my portfolio is well-matched for every season of the market and recently hit 100% rise from early last year. I and my CFP are working on a 7 figure ballpark goal, tho this could take till Q3 2024.

Fully agree! The average household in the US is 100.000$ in debt. with an average credit card debt of 6000$. The majority of people have other problems than the stockmarket. One big elephant to address is that many have already lost their jobs or will lose theirs in the near future. So, under such circumstances, companies are less likely to invest in human resources.
I'd love to know how many of those people genuinely can't afford to live and how many are just sh*t with money. Not that it makes it better either way, it'd just be interesting.
@@monkey39128 This tends to level out naturally. People are only bad with money as long as they can afford it. I know I am. Once you're in a dry spell, you remember how far a pack of rice or pasta can be stretched.

Yeah, everyone was freaking out and I was like... its 2%. Also the market doesn't always go up AND theres no doubt that a bunch of stocks are over priced. A correction is due. The same needs to happen to the housing market. And you can say "no no my home"... It will regain its value in 5 years so just shut it. But a price correction has to come. Prices are just unnecessarily ridiculous across multiple asset classes. And if the fed cuts rates that's just gonna get worse. A loan is basically you purchasing money. The cheaper it is to purchase it the dumber people will be with it.
Theres nothing normal about these markets or economy anymore.
Yeah, how do you flush out the Timmies who are running our reserve banks and in the government racking up ungodly amounts of debt? The US now has to spend more just covering the interest on its debt than it is on military spending. Rudy seems one of these delusional rationalists who think the economy and markets are rational, when more than ever its all run by the greed monster. The money printing and artificially low interest rates for a couple of decades has basically screwed coming generations out of being able to setup a life like their parents or grandparents did.
Stop listening to financial influencers for whom every video is a crisis video. The total collapse they keep predicting never comes.

I was going to mention the JPY carry trade, so fair play. Warren Buffett also sold off a lot of AAPL, holds a ton of US bonds now. Also the 10Y2Y curve is going to flip soon ...
We probably still have time before stuff falls apart. 2026 is my timeframe for when the market might correct (based on the Benner Cycle chart). I'm already deleveraged, but I'm going to be holding mostly bonds and DCAing $100/wk into the markets. Should allow me to capture some upside while staying defensive and patient.

its the same since i think 10 years. Whenever there is an event where the stockmarket crashes, you just wait till the NYSE opens and then you buy the hell of everything and after a few days/weeks everything is back up at the crash prices or even above. That happens in covid that happens before, it happens this week and it will always happens. Cause people are not into selling, they are all buying.

If money doesn't matter it would be one thing. If the dollar fails, but its only a economic collapse, then that can be rebuilt. The cards would thus hold more monetary value after a recall of the dollar for the new currency.

We can’t know when, but if you are risk averse, far worse times are coming than then ‘08 recession. You need physical cash and any commodity that serves as a stable store of value. If nothing else, buy indexes that short the market and sell after the dip before the Fed makes any new announcements. If it dips below 25%, start selling position and start dollar cost averaging the recovery period.

I agree but...it's not only about one of many bubbles that awaited to burst (yen carry trade) unfortunately. Many of your viewers have never seen a real recession and how it can be impactful, and this one you can't sugar coated. They have to understand that before stocks resume their trend up , they can fall up to , close or more than 50% down. Yen carry trade is only the canary in the coal mine. Look at the PE Shilling ratio, amount of debt organization, governments, household accumulated after the response of the 08 crisis (QE, 0% interest rates)... it all tells you that the stocks are not soon to resume their trend up, on the opposite, probably going down not in a straight line , but down until the system sanitizes. Is that the big reset or a resuming to infinite growth ... god knows. Does anyone else knows about how it will play out, probably not. Interesting yet scary time.

So many people losing money off the bearish markets but a lot more still making money despite the dip and bear market by CRYPTO SCALPING/DAY TRADING..I've 7x my portfolio on my last trade even though I barely trade myself

You know it is not either everything just keeps ticking along fine in the long term or it is the end of the world, it is also not reality/realistic you have endless growth long term neither, which has in part been created by artificially low interest rates for too long, money printing and an unrealistic mentality of permanent growth. It very much looks like stagflation will happen, sideways and negative growth or even another 2009 given the absurd levels of debt around, including the US governments. What Rudy seems to constantly be skating around is that your card collection and investing in cards is the worst place to have your money during less prosperous times and is the type of thing hit hardest when things are tough. Kind of obvious the horse he has in the race and how it shapes his so called financial advice or market outlook.

Even as a dumb 22 year old with no more than 20k in the market, I instinctively knew this one wasn’t that bad. I got a notification on my phone that said I was down 2k and I just shrugged my shoulders and looked around to see if I had any more to put into the market. Thanks for the vid old, wise visor man.
