I hopped into my friends Acadia in the passage seat and the airbag warning light came on the dash. I asked my mechanic and he said, "it's typical for the connector plugs under the seat to get corroded," Simply raise up the seat and unplug the wires and clean the contacts and use dialectic grease.🤷♂️
what color wire GM used for the airbag under the passenger seat of a chevy equinox. i need to put a 2.2 ohms resistor across them but unsure which is as there is no yellow connector present. thanks
Literally showing the connector and what to test and for what seems to be a good way to test it, oscilloscope isn’t necessary to diagnose this issue, a dvm will give you sporadic voltage indicating communication

Any update ???
I was told the sensor in the seat can get shifted out of place and cause this issue ???
It's possible
It's possible
so what is the issue? broken pps module? just replaced seat?
I don't remember. Just watch the whole video
He doesn't know 😅
Wasted my time on this video lol
Apologize if I disappointed you. What's the thing that was not mentioned and you were looking for?
Useless video, the average car owner has none of this equipment.
What a useless comment maybe the video isn’t geared towards the average car owner.
It helped me. Now I know what signal to look for on my module.
How do you expect to diagnose any electrical concern without a multi meter…
