1. did you hyatt globalist status for the upgrade?
2. you did so much! this was only a 1 night stay?
3. what was check-in/check-out time?

1. No, they just upgraded us. I've read a lot about Ventana before going and seems like they try to upgrade people as much as they can if rooms are available.
2. Yes, this was only 1 night! We wanted to save the rest of our points for other things.
3. I think check-in time is 3 or 4pm but you can arrive early and eat lunch there before your room is ready. They will text you as soon as it's ready. Check-out time is 11am but you can still have lunch at the resort and stay for their guided hikes and other amenities.
