Sir what is the possibility for condonation of delay in filling appeal, for 2017-18. Ex-parte order was passed u/s 73 of the CGST Act on 13/12/202023 and order was only uploaded on the portal. Assessee came to know only 15/04/2024.

Coming to Hon'ble S Court's su-moto judgement of extending time limit for all matters, my point is - Do S Court has any power to extend the statutory time limit prescribed under Act passed by the Parliament? OR
Rather S Court should have asked the Government of the day to amend the Act accordingly.
