try bringing the shin angles down a bit on the 4 point starts and open up the hips on the first step instead of trying to stay bent over. and push off both feet

@@davidknightx1398 it's alright and can be performance enhancing in the right dosage and preferably not on the empty stomach. What happened to me was caffeine "overdose" so I stopped using pre-workout to let my system clean up
I'm sticking to high protein + balanced diet 🙌 Usually it's, few eggs, chicken breast, on occasion other meet choices, dairy, grains, fruits, vegetables etc.

@@biggiesmile8754 Calculated. For example, I try to stick to at least 100 grams of protein per day (more than 2g per 1kg of bodyweight)
