I feel like this displays a lot of wisdom that you are able to step away from these kind of situations and be aware of the spiritual going on behind their actions. Listening to this on a walk and focusing on strengthening my energetic shielding, such a feeling of lightness came over me as I reconnected with my heart center and recognized that another’s actions are not truly them, that I can still love them but not take on their energy or anger and reminding of the importance of taking care of our own energy first and foremost. I appreciate this so much!!
