very helpful video, I've been searching alot in this time, and this video pop up in the short section, but who knows that this is an awesome video that i need, not only the type, also the weight of each lures, and also the reel OMG ❤, I can't find the suitable answer wether that should I use the high speed, normal speed, or power speed reel, and now i found my answer, thank youu
You should - going out of your comfort zone more than likely would catch you more fish, or new species you never thought you could catch. You just have to go out and try! Whats the worst that could happen? You go out fishing and you have too much of it? hahahahhahaha Mixing things up makes it more interesting :)
We're all on the same boat - but down the line, I might have giveaways that you have a chance at winning. The first one is from Shimano - they are giving away a reel - so check the announcement in the community tab and watch for the launch of the video. Many more will come from other brands. Best of luck!!!
depends on a few things Mark, there is no yardstick for this, so to speak. I use specialized gear - like a 9 foot ultralight baitcasting rod and very thin braid - so for some uses, it gets pretty far. but if you are on a yak, you wont need that...right?
@@markharrison6407 Good to mix things up :) Anyway, further to your question - casting distance has a lot to do with rod length / type (spin/baitcast) and line used and weight of the lure and skill, so kind of hard to say how far.
