My own hair growth progress and success, I followed this daily regimen:
Take morning sunlight daily for essential vitamin D. Eat veggies of different colours. Applying paraben-free and fragrance free shampoo and gently massaging two times per week with hair oil from litttleextra cooconion. Imp. to remember that hair growth is affected by overall health as well as circulation and diet.
My hair fall is decreasing day by day with the use of cocooniion hair shampoo and oil
I do blue magic and twist weekly and that’s working well

Hi Mercy! I made the aloe vera oil and have been using it on my scalp and ends. I got my rice water fermenting to use tomorrow or Friday when I shampoo my hair. I take a multivitamin and I take 10,000mcg of Biotin every day. My fingernails are growing so fast. Hopefully, when I take my twists down tomorrow, I will see a little growth. Will let you know. Gurl, let me tell you don't really need it! JUST EAT HEALTHY! In yours food contains more sulfate then in the most American/Europe countries which is very important for hair growth! So you already own the whole vitamins that we outsider have to buy extra 😢

My hair locked up on me when I had COVID I had my hair in a protective style after I got better I went to do my hair I had dread locks that looked like my hair was burned together or someone glued it together I have never seen anything like it I cried walked around with my hair in a bun. Put all types of de tangles in my hair even horse hair de tangle nothing work it was horrible. I had been growing my hair for 10 years got the courage to cut the dreads out 15 inches of hair but what ever caused that God blessed me 3x with thick, healthy hair growing faster than before. God is good he knows I was so hurt.

I notice every time my hair comes out of knotless braids it’s falls so much even when I wash it ,comb it , run my fingers through it…. My braider uses this amazing gel that slicks my hajr whenever In knotless.. I’m wondering if it’s the gel that’s taking my hair out

Your hair looks beautiful, one most important step is we should learn about our own hair and listen to it as everyone’s hair is unique and different.. I tried to oil my scalp more than once a week and my hair ended up falling out a lot even losing my edges I tried so many different oils and it’s the same issue while I don’t have that problem when I oil once a week with the same oils so I just oil my ends more than once a week and skip the scalp, my hair as well hates aloe Vera it makes it extremely dry
