Bro this is incredible!! This tutorial is so easy to follow, and you've developed some seriously intuitive software. I'm using this to automate 2 things for a live set - my instrument input's guitar amp emulator, and my vocal input's AutoTune Realtime Advanced. Previously, I'd have to use the UA VSTs within an Ableton audio track...But then I'd be totally wasting the separate DSP that Apollo gives you for processing the effects. UA MIDI Control completely solves that problem. What is your Venmo / Cashapp / something ?? You have no idea how much time you just saved me. I'd like to give something to express how thankful I am for this.
Start trying this app on windows it is great, But I’ve question. I’m using TouchOSC bridge but I noticed that TouchOSC never receive feedback I did a workaround ( long workaround ) which is by using loopmidi, making mapping global then using midi ox to route loop midi to TouchOSC And here feed back is working perfectly But is there any plans to figure this out so we don’t need this long pathway to make everything working Thank you
Do you have instructions on how to control the key/settings of console's autotune with ableton ? I have a set prepare on Ableton with multiple songs and I would like for ableton to send midi to console to change key when the midi section comes on, as you did in this video. Can you help with that?
@@AbelAbelMusic Take a look at this video at 1:40 to the part with the "feedback loop". That is the main reason the software will crash. You can also disable the IAC Driver Output Port in UA Midi Control (by setting it to "No Value")
So can you automate audio tracks as well, example being, if I wanted my vocal or intrument to change during chorus in a live performance? Or is this only for midi?
from abeleton Im trying to automate Autotune Realtime on channel one insert of my apollo. the goal is to have it switch keys with each song in my ableton session. on UA midi control im selecting my device (Apollo Twin) Analog 1, then selecting autotune realtime advanced, then key for the parameter but it wont assign the CC number... IAC Driver bus 1 is enabled in settings. what am i missing?
Hey man! Is it possible to automate sends? I have my mic going into monitoring- so can have 0 lag. I have downloaded and mapped the app to parameters that I can effect manually whilst singing, but ideally I would like to precisely automate these- such as delay, and at different times in the track I would like to use different times on delay from 1/2 to 1/8 time etc. Also would be great to be able to move around singing without having to keep twisting nobs and the delay can go a bit weird when you change its time manually. I tried to send to a midi/external sends rather than returns in ableton. Hoping this is do able? Thanks in advance. Thought I would post this question on here, in case anyone else is looking for the same solution as I am!
Yes, that's totally possible. You should have all the steps reaquired described in this video, you just need tot map the parameters you need. Let me know if you have more specific questions or if something is not working as expected.
@@RaduVarga thank you. So in this video, you are using midi and envelopes. What I am struggling to work out, is how I can automate outside of ableton from a live audio track. I want to have automated delays at moments in the song. As there is live audio, and not any midi envelopes on that track, I am getting stuck on how I can make that happen. I have sent an email to you too in case that's easier to answer. It is probably just me being a bit dumb though/lack of experience on ableton
So I am singing on this track. Technically the volume is at 0 as I am using direct monitoring on my vocals. So I am stuck on how I can control apollo with automation, using an audio track. I tried to send my audio to a midi, so could automate that envelope, but nothing is playing back when I try that at the moment. It's probably something straight forward and just me as I say though
Ok, I think I realise now 😳 😅. I can just use a midi track to control my channel in the uad, I don't need to automate on the same live audio track do I 🤣... I knew I was being dumb
Hey dude! i was wondering if i could use this to map 2 seperate instances of autotune at the same time? So say i have 2 channels that are both running autotune, and i'd want one fully hard tuned and the other more subtle, would that be possible?
First of all, the app doesn't cost $100, secondly, if you don't think it's worth it, just use the free version. For the sake of comparison, how much did you invest in UAD products and plugins?
@@RaduVarga it does where I live bro :( literally the ONLY feature I would use is my monitor volume control but that feature is part of the paid package which when you do the currency conversion comes out to $100
Mr radu varga, not only is your name cool like a street fighter character. U friggin genius for this app. Cant wait to try it
Using this to automate Key and Scale in Autotune. This will safe my show this weekend. Thank you!
🤘
Does it works for you ?

I just realized the app has a trial period, and I will gladly pay for a license at the end of the trial.
Soooooooo glad I found you man. Hero indeed. Checking out your music too.
So helpful! thanks so much,
This is brilliant. Thank you!

you read my mand man, grea great effort! it is compatible with akai, novation midi controllers with ableton? kind regards from argentina
Yes, it's compatible with any controller sending midi.
Hello, Nice video but I’ve downloaded but there’s something called “LUNA” what does that mean, when you first download it
Luna is the DAW from Universal Audio. You didn't download it with my software, you probably did with the UAD software and drivers.

yes, I do have a video just about that, iit has been requested many times so I'll upload it soon and send you a link.
