I was born in Seattle in 1973, where I grew up. Japanese-American. This is one of my favorite ball park/stadium songs! Seriously, it's worth watching and listening to certain teams' games, for teams that have a good rendition of Las Chiapanecas! The San Francisco Giants have a good one.
Thanks for not holding it against me for saying something good about the Giants. I DO respect that Dodgers Nation has a heated rivalry with the Giants. I AM rooting for the Dodgers in 2021, to help win Tsutsugo a ring!
Thank you for posting this wonderful video! Nothing like it...a warm summer evening, hot dogs, peanuts, beer, a close ball game and real organ music at Chavez Ravine.
I'll take Nancy Bea over the previous Kings/current Dodger Orchesta Dieter Ruehle anyday. BTW this 2020 World Series win is also for you. We haven't forgotten about LA's favorite orchestra.
I would love it if you would change the title of this video...the name of this song is Chiapanecas. And it's one of my favorites at Dodger Stadium....the other is Desafinado. Nancy has a wide variety of songs ...but those two songs bring back so many good memories of my childhood.
Emjr chiapanecas is not a song from her is a traditional Mexican song but I have to admit she made justice for the song but yeah she’s not the original author of the aong
Actually, unfortunately Nancy retired after the 2015 season. So sad to not hear a real console organ. Deeter Ruehle uses a small synth keyboard. horrible sound and the Dodger organization can't hear the difference. Sad times.
She was amazing the organ sounded so graceful the new dodger organ player is awful. I loved going to dodger stadium for padres dodgers when Nancy was the organist.
She played so beautifully as a Padre fan Rolling up the 5 to dodger stadium she was a treat to hear
I remember this when going to games at Dodger Stadium as a kid
literally the soundtrack to all my springs and summers in the 90s
Mine too and listening to Vin Scully too
The tune is actually called "Las Chiapanecas" - I dearly love it!
westswell maaaan, I’m mexican and i didn’t know that it’s a mexican song, i thought thats an american song
This is my favorite baseball game song
awesome....we will miss you Nancy B!
I haven't heard her play this in many years. This used to be played every game.

@@unappealingundesirable2826 Haha it's all good. I have friends who are die-hard Giants fans and I try not to hold it against them :)
As a Astros fan, RIP, Vin Scully. One of the best Dodgers announcers out there… 😢. November 29, 1927-August 2nd, 2022.

Much different than the traditional baseball organ favorite, "El Jarabe Tapatio", another Mexican Hat Dance!!!!
I love Nancy And the Dodgers
Miss these sounds at dodger stadium, haven’t been back since they decided to push Nancy out.
It's like waiting for the ballgame to start... from 1700 miles away!
I can't agree more, man!
I LIVE IN INDIANA AND DODGER STADIUM HAS THE BEST SOUND ANYWHERE; THEY SHOULD LET NANCY PLAY MORE!

Agreed, Dieter is straight dumpster juice

I changed it. Thanks for the heads up. :) I remember both Helen Dell and Nancy playing this every game, usually around the 6th inning.

I can't hear this tune without thinking of Bugs Bunny slapping the bull...🤣🤣🤣
They should let her play more
Nancy Bea! They shud let her play more.
Fernando!
she's really restricted this year to how much she can play.
Totally - so annoying they're all about the DJ now and so rarely use Nancy and the organ

Miss Nancy Bea. Just isn't the same.
It is not the Mexican Hat Dance!
