Toyota FORTUNER 2.8D 0 - 100km/h Acceleration

In this video you are able to see the Toyota fortuner 2.8D accelerating from 0-100 km/h in its different modes. The timing of the different modes are show below
ECO MODE : 13.33 Sec
NORMAL MODE : 13.00 Sec
POWER MODE : 12.53 Sec
The eco mode as expected has given the slowest acceleration timing due to the slow gearshift, delayed throttle response and early shifts. In the normal mode there is only a 0.33 difference in the acceleration timing, however the driver was able to feel the acceleration better than in eco mode. The power mode was able to achieve the best timing for 0 - 100 km/h. The best timing was able to get by launching the vehicle with TRC turned off and the gearbox in manual mode.

NOTE: this acceleration video was done with a driver and 2 passengers in the vehicle. The timing can be different with only the driver and the weather conditions.
