E Ride Pro Rear Subframe Update

Update on the home fabricated rear subframe for the E Ride. It's back from powdercoat and now on to the rear light bezel and adjustments! Check out my other video on fabricating this rear subframe from scratch and why the OEM one cracked.

Thank you! I still have the jig for it and will see if I do make more. Would be nice to have all the tabs and stuff laser or water cut, would really cut down on production time.

Has yours held up? I do have a jig and may make more in the future… just a lot of time and work to make these things out of a home garage.

where do you you buy the rack because i have a pro ss and i want to be able to tow

This was another custom piece I welded up out of 1/2” tubing and was mounted to the underside of the OEM rear subframe where the tail light cover mounts to. Having the rack was one of the reasons I had my stock subframe crack and would caution putting much weight there unless you upgrade the rear subframe.
